Action Urgent Care

I was here recently to get a minor burn checked. I had a very pleasant experience. Pramodh at the front desk was very accommodative and checked me in quickly while helping me with my questions. That made me feel at ease and comfortable. James, the PA-C was good as well. Would definitely recommend this place!

This appointment was so quick to get as a walk in I had sever ear pain and the day prior was agonizing so to get seen so quickly was amazing at the front desk was manha and she made checking in extremely easy and Dr. Brooklyn was so empathetic and informative it really mad the whole experience easy, as well as all the medical assistants.

Pramodh in the front was very friendly with my daughter. Entertaining her with coloring and movies. Crystal got us warm water while waiting. Staffs are pretty friendly.

Staff was incredibly helpful. Crystal was great about answering my questions, taking my vitals, and passing information on to the provider.

Location close to work as I went home sick. Called in and Maha got me in within 35 minutes, Sam took my vitas, took down in details all my concerns and NP Brooklyn was attentive answered all my questions and took necessary cultures. Fast, friendly, quick on script sent to my pharmacy of choice.

I experienced intense headache and dizziness. Upon visiting Action Urgent Care, I received exceptional treatment and encountered kind and understanding staff, especially medical assistant, Maha!

We come here pretty often for routine ailments. There’s another action urgent care clinic close to our place but this one is our favorite. Happy with the patient doctors and friendly staff. The doctor forgot to send my prescription to the pharmacy. Consequently, I had to commute for 30 minutes at night to reach the 24-hour CVS, waited for an hour, and ended up leaving with nothing despite experiencing a cough and terrible chest pain. I called them in the morning next day, the person took the call was nice but he couldn't do anything and instructed me to wait until my doctor returns, which means that I have to wait four days after my visit to get the medicine for chest pain and a cough. Additionally, I have not received any visit summary on my online account or email until I called and they sent it to me via chat. What's a joke!

We have been here a couple of times whenever we had a fall with bruises and sprains. We have been treated with and without appointments. The experience is always positive. The staff here are friendly as well. Pramodh, Crystal and Lilie have been of great help.

Register would be faster as if workers on front desk were more connecting with other agency to clarify the issues. Patients should be guided to register at ease.
