I will never be back to this location. The doctor, Alex Mancilla, is not a good Dr, he has no patience. When I was asked if A or B was clear, I wasn't sure and told him to show me both again, I saw him in the mirror infront of the exam chair, and he tilted his head back like if he was annoyed that I didn't hurry up and choose which was clearer. And I felt pressure to finish the eye exam. You can't rush an eye exam!

Prompt, polite and professional. I am grateful to have them for my eye care. My eyes are in very good hands!

I haven’t heard from robin in 6 MONTHS. I had broke my glasses and I went in and she said she will call me when she can place my order. She said she was on vacation so I gave it 2 weeks. She never answered so I am through with this terrible place

Months and months of waiting for contact prescription. Kindly asked for them to notify me with updates but it was radio silent. The hours where they ARE available are a complete joke because the line is most likely busy and you can’t leave a message because the mail box is always full. Come to find out my order had not even been placed after all this time. Do better

Staff was welcoming and courteous. Dr. Samuels treated me efficiently and professional. Waiting time was minimal. Would highly recommend to friends and family.

Very clean and organize, they kept my schedule on time as it is important and there after, very little waiting time in between processes, everyone was very kind and courteous. I recommend it.

First time visit to this office. The waiting room was crowded and I thought the appt would take forever. However, the staff was very professional, courteous, and very prompt with their service. I was out of the office within an hour. Kudos to the Dr. Samuel's office team.

They helped me fulfill my obligation to the DMV, but I can't use these bifocals. The reading lenses are too far down and they're blurry. The regular lenses are of no use to me at home because they blur everything that's close to me.

I was a few minutes late, went right in, service was thorough, all questions were answered.
