Front office staff and Medical Assistants and Providers are very pleasant, and helpful. They took their time explaining and helping an elderly man needing help with his pharmacy. They could have easily told him to call the pharmacy. They went above and beyond. Great work.

I went there two months ago to get glasses. Haven’t been given an update. They don’t answer the phones. This is so frustrating. It shows that they have good reviews so I’m not sure what’s going on here.

I'm never going back to acuity. First they mistakenly charged me a copay when my insurance fully covered normal yearly eye exam and then when I try to call, I constantly get chucked to an answering machine to leave a message that will never be returned. I just want to get refunded the copay I was mistakenly charged without getting the run around. You need to allow patients to actually speak to a human who can help resolve issues.
