Appointment was good. Got there on time. Got seem very quickly. Exam went very quickly. I was in an out here and my eyes are doing great.

The service you get is great and could not get better service congratulations to the group

I was disappointed that I had to almost 2 hours to see the doctor. The appointment with the doctor was very good.

The doctor took her time to make sure my eyes where her #1 priority as she was doing my checkup. And the entire staff was very attentive to my well being really enjoy going into thw office

The office was busy but even though i had to wait i didn’t mind. This was first time getting my eyes dilated. The techs were super friendly walking me through the images of my eyes. Even testing the pressure of my eye telling me to relax. Dr Wong was amazing explains every image and everything she was doing! Made me feel safe and knowledgeable after my appt def rec this office! Even the front office staff was nice. Thank you

I am extremely satisfied with whole staffs, nurses and Dr Saeed Javidi. I am a I'm awed on the whole facilities equipped with state of the art equipments. I will surely recommend Acuity Eye Group to all my friends and relatives.

Well over all I like the ways you guys comunícate with your customers as far as appointments, girls inside very friendly, except the ones at the entrance, the ones that receive you, not too friendly, maybe because today was Monday, in my town home country people say on Monday not even the chicken produce eggs, never mind thanks keep doing the good work

The wait was too long. I think short staff is the issue. But my doctor is good. But overall. Takes too long

The doctor was actually OK, desk staff was OK, but this place is incompetent when it comes to booking. Got there for my appointment thinking i'd be in and out in 20 minutes. Not so, the broom closet sized lobby was full with about 20 people in it. Then it took nearly 45 minutes to get called in. Met with the nurse, that didn't take too long, but then we got shuffled to another room where we waited nearly another hour for the doctor to come in. Didn't leave until 2 hours after my appointment. This is unconscionable. I am low income and don't get PTO because of this I am now 2 and a half hours short of pay because they have to overbook and pull in as much money as they can by cramming peopl in like sardines.

STOP OVERBOOKING!

Came in a few minutes early and was attended to right away. Very friendly and calming staff. Excellent doctor

Horrendous wait times. Waited an hour for my appointment nearly then got into the room and waited even longer. So far an hour and a half and the appointment isn't even finished yet. And it's a basic eye exam.

I feel that the staff develops personal relationships with the patients and the service of care is very good. The staff cares.
It’s really hard to get in through the call center.
Once in the office, every one is helpful and make sure that you’re getting great service for your eyes.
