8I've been coming to this clinic for many years, and everything has been working out for me and my wife. Dr Kim is very knowledgeable and the staff make us feel comfortable.
It’s been a long time since I have experienced such a caring, upbeat, excellent caring doctor, such as Dr Brian Chen. He always enters the room with a smile and truly listens to you. I never feel rushed, and he makes sure you leave with a resolution to what is ailing you. I HIGHLY recommend Dr Chen!
I was recommended by a friend. Dr. Kim was Amazing! She is very sweet and very dedicated to her profession. The Front desk ladies were also very nice and welcoming. Alex the optician is very knowledgeable and helpful! Over all I had a great experience. I highly recomend!
I’ve been a patient there for two years and it has been the best experience. Everyone is very nice, they take the time to ask questions. I don’t have to wait longer than five minutes to be seen. I look foward to my follow up in six months.
Everyone was very helpful & professional. I notice everyone cares for the patient. They make you feel welcome & that you are important. Dr. Bei was very nice & caring I recommend you to see Dr. Bei she works in the Tustin office. I give them a perfect 10
Very slow employees, but the Doctor seems to be pretty good. It sucks that they don't have a good staff. They just sit around and chit chat, instead of doing their jobs. The office is full and they take forever.
On the evening of June 11th I was having some issues with my eye that were very concerning. I called the Eye Center and spoke with the doctor on call. He was very attentive and caring. I was catching a plane at noon the next day. He got me an appointment in the Tustin office at 8 AM the next morning.
The office staff was great and the doctor (I cant remember her name) was knowledgeable and I had such confidence in her.
I have had cataract surgeries on both of my eyes done by Dr. Boeckman.
Words, alone, cannot express my gratitude of excellent results. She and
her staff were very friendly and informative. My follow ups and explanations
of after surgical care were very thorough and easily understood.
