Wort place to live everything in the apartment brakes super easy like it's held together with ducktape, we get letters on our door saying the complex owes 825$ on the water bill because they don't pay there bills so they raise the water bill 40$ for everyone to pays the bills they didn't and the trash hasn't been picked up in a week so the entire complex reeks of trash

Location is unbeatable and that is why this complex is overpriced. Ownership seems to change every year. My apartment is 100 percent electric but I pay for other resident-owned units' gas ('community cost'). NO GRILLING ON PATIO OR BALCONY. Spa has been closed and looks like a cesspool. The swimming pool has been dirty for the seven months I have lived here. Sad, because that is one reason I decided to move in. Walls are paper thin and my neighbor's pot fests fill my bathroom and kitchen. Fitness center is nice. But that dirty pool area is a big problem. As long as people keep swimming in it, I doubt anything will be done. My lease is up later this year and I have already been looking around to move. Sad, because it is so quiet and the people are so nice.

I used to have a buddy that lived here back in 2015. It's changed a little.

Have been here since October and office staff (i'm leasing) have been very helpful when i've brought up any issues. Quiet and respectful occupants

Good customer service. You got to be lucky if you do not have trucks getting fuel. Always get the fuel there on our way North.
