Absolutely phenomenal. I really don't know where the bad reviews are coming from. New gun owner, never owned, just shot a few times. Made me feel super welcome and did not make me feel stupid for asking questions as simple as how does this safety work or where the slide release is. Absolutely 100% the place you want to go for real down to earth help. Cannot thank you guys enough for being so friendly and forthcoming, will do business with you for years to come.

Was trying to do a private party transfer through Addax, yet it seemed they had no interest in my business. Went to the store and asked the process to complete a transfer. I would have to first email the store to set an appointment. They person at the counter wouldn't even answer basic questions about the process. Per instructions from the staff I emailed pictures of the firearm and and asked to set an appointment. I never received a response. I followed up via phone call and was told they'll take a look at the email and call me back. I never received a return phone call. I followed up, yet again, via email and still received no response. It's almost like they're trying to turn away business.

I’ve purchased a couple guns from them. Just left the store after completing paperwork for a new gun purchase. As a repeat customer, I think I can give you a fair review. I’ve purchased firearms at multiple locations, and Addax is a good spot.

The staff is amazing, knowledgeable, and helpful. They will not give you a sense of wasting their time if you don’t purchase something during your visit. They have a decent selection of handguns, better list of rifles, and a good amount of shotguns. Their consignment prices are higher than other retailers, but not much they can control on that end. They can also place an order for you.

Although they have a fraction of what shops like Greta’s Guns would have, they have something for most shooters, experienced or not. If you’re in Los Angeles, it’s worth dropping by since you’re paying San Fernando’s sales tax. If you know what you want, order it here and save some money. If you’re a first time buyer, go in and talk to the staff. They are very helpful and can find something for you.

Sal and the team at Peninsula are simply rock stars. Top notch knowledge coupled with incredible customer service and great communication, even amidst all the craziness of the last few months with COVID et al. If you live in the Bay Area or nearby, don't waste your time going anywhere else for your firearm needs!

Great group of people. For the size of shop they have their selection is great. Transfer Fee's are very reasonable, especially when some competetors are charging double. Emails and phone calls are profesional and returned promptly. Anyone whos looking for a good firearm shop in LA County should look no further.

So a friend of mine told me about this place that I never had any idea this store was here just purchased a Beretta tomcat and I'm extremely happy with the service friendly no pressure no attitude no BS like you get when you go to Turner's I will definitely be buying more from here, thanks luc for your help not sure if I'm spelling your name right I hope so LOL.

Great prices, selection of fire arms and customer service. The staff is knowledgeable and always ready to help. The gunsmith work is A1. In my opinion a hidden gem. Thank you addax tactical for going beyond customer service. Highly recommend you check them out.

Love this place. Went there for my stripped spikes tactical spider lower receiver some years ago. The rest is history. Will be calling soon.

Super friendly and respectful to new gun owners.bought a lower receiver had a few questions they gal and guy answered them for me.been to a few other stores i understand why they got be on edge its F in Gun Store but relax that Ego Burbank Gun store owners We are in burbank 2020 we all wear underwear and know how to read were not animals. Guys running Gun Stores in burbank like you walked into the Ok coral.
