This place was amazing the people were so welcoming and it was one of my best experiences that I needed and I would recommend to anyone facts! Such a great community and just all around amazing I miss them

Since my first day working here at All In Solutions CA I noticed and felt the family vibe right away. From the techs all the way to the program director we all have the same goals in common. To see the client succeed. There is nothing greater than seeing that light in a clients eyes come back when they realize recovery is possible. I am truly blessed to be a part of this team.

Would not recommend this place to anyone. VERY SHADDY. WOMANS HOUSE STAFF "misplace", steal your stuff and blame it on you being an addicted. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.

All In Solutions and its staff have been a real huge part of my recovery journey. My decision to come into this facility has been the BEST decision I made for myself, my children, and my family. The compassion that the staff has for its clients is 2nd to none. Due to its great leadership by its Program Director Jamie, from the Sober Coaches at the Sober Living to the Counselors/Case Workers/Therapist, I owe a tremendous amount of gratitude to these great group of individuals. I would highly recommend this facility to any person looking to get sober and doing something different in life. It has absolutely done it for me.

Supportive and understanding staff. Very organized.

I was surprised by All In Solutions since the day that I got there. I have spent eight months in nine different facilities in California trying to get sober from alcohol and they were all good. But AIS was amazing. That’s when I started taking my life seriously with the help of their genuine staff, thorough care for clients, structured program, and laid back house. They gave me my life back and are willing to take the time and put in the effort to teaching you about whatever you have been struggling with. Jamie, Debbie, Brittany, Anthony, Dave, Sylvia and Jason all work in the PHP/IOP office during the day.

This was by far the best experience I could have had while I was fixing the issues I had to deal with. The staff, support staff as well as everyone else that played a roll in my recovery were top notch and I couldnt have asked for more. Thank you all so much for caring when you didnt have to.

"Adjustments Family Services" is an affiliate with "Divine Detox". They work together. Negligence from both companies caused my wife a short term financial hardship. They failed to file FMLA paperwork to her employer. They also neglected multiple emails and messages to send a medical release letter to her employer (after returning home). We were actually told multiple times that they would not send the letter at all. My wife was not able to return to work all week because of this. We were told over and over that they would "handle it", as it relates to filing the correct paperwork for treatment. Then when she returned home, they offered no help and would not even respond.

UPDATE: 11/1/2022 -
We just found out that the treatment center All In Solutions sent my fiancé to was not covered as "In Network" with her provider. (All In Solutions has the same parent company as Adjustment Family Services, but operates under a different DBA). They told us they contacted insurance and it was all covered. They never told us that it was out of network, and because of this, the max out of pocket is now double what it would have been. Again, All In Solutions took advantage of us in a vulnerable position. They advised us to not call her employer as it could cause more stress. We were naïve and trusted that they were truly looking out for her wellness.

This is absolutely disgusting. We now have more bills, more stress, and added trauma to an already difficult situation.update- 08/03/2023- Looks like they addressed my concern an entire year later? They are still not taking responsibility and rather placing the blame with the companies they contract with?

There is more to the story:

This company contracts with deceptive lead generation companies who will tell you that you are approved for insurance, even though your insurance has told them otherwise. Costing us tens of thousands more, then if they just would have helped us with a treatment center "In network". We were naive and trusted the experts to help navigate us through a difficult and vulnerable time. They took advantage of our vulnerability instead of leading us truthful and empathetically to get the help we needed. They did all of this to make a "sale". Instead of being upfront and telling us that we would be better off finding a treatment center "in network", they were deceitful. It is absolutely disgusting how we were treated after it was brought to their attention that we were lied to from the beginning. How a company could take advantage of people who are in a vulnerable spot is pure evil.

ALL IN SOLUTIONS agreed that the company the contracted with failed to tell us they were out of network. They had the call recorded and would not release it unless I "went through the courts". They ultimately flexed on our concern and wanted us to pay for a lawyer to fight the fact that we were lied too. Instead of helping us. If they really had no ties to the lies that we were told, why did they not help us?

In my personal opinion,
There are MUCH BETTER treatment facilities then this. They are all over. Ask around (friends, family, church, ect.) but DO NOT TRUST - All In Solutions.

All in solutions has 100% turned my life around. I am blown away with the staff and treatment care I’ve received. This is everything I’ve always needed in my life and I would highly recommend this program to everyone and anyone. Thank you All in solutions for helping me flourish.

The experience and help that I have gotten from All in Solutions is amazing. I can’t express how grateful I am to have ended up here. It’s truly been a life changing experience. I have learned so much about my addiction. And I can’t thank the staff here enough. I actually can say love everyone here and that’s a big thing for me. I trust everyone and I feel so safe. The group of clients that I came in with as well are truly amazing. Everyone was so welcoming. And I honestly don’t want to leave anytime soon. So I actually extended my treatment. They take us on outings on the weekends to beautiful and fun places. They make sure we learn what sober fun can look like while also beating our addictions. Anyone interested in this place. Please take a chance and come here. It will change your life for the better and hopefully you will be as grateful as I am. Any issue that I have had here was simply addressed and it makes me feel heard. I couldn’t ask for more. Heartfelt shoutout to Jamie and Debbie. They are so giving and so helpful. They take time to really understand you and they really care about you. So happy to have met them. They always listen to me and support me. A Substance Abuse facility that will change your perspective on life if you give yourself a chance.

Wow, the experience I had at Adjustments Family Services really changed my perspective on life and on history my addiction/alcoholism. Before I came into treatment I was unsure if I was able to change, but after my time at AFS I was able to learn things about myself I never knew. Really made me feel confident about my recovery and moving forward with my life with my family. It feels good being able to rest my head at night knowing Im not the same person I used to be. Love the whole team at Adjustment Family Services from the sober coaches, counseling staff, to the nursing staff. I will be eternally grateful for them and all they do.

Adjustments Family Services is a wonderful substance abuse treatment facility. The information I was given here and the work I was pushed to do on myself has drastically changed my perspective on life! I have hope for maintained sobriety for the first time in many years. Thank you to all of the staff, especially Jamie and Cody!

A spiritual awakening. I hate to leave but I have to go! The structure is very tight knit. The staff work hard with the time they have, to get you as many tools as they can before leaving.
If recovering is what you truly want the environment here at AFS, Divine, and in Simi Valley will help you kick start a life of recovery.
(Rarely have we seen a person fail who has followed these steps)

AFS has been extremely helpful and compassionate towards my recovery. If I could recommend treatment to someone, this one would be too if my list. Between the staff and housing I couldn’t have asked for a better, more comfortable experience.

Wish I could stay longer, but the staff was amazing. Counselors really work with you and you get the help you really need. Thanks to Will especially for showing me a different way to stay sober, he was Buddhist sent lol.
