Admiral been a great company and been nothing but easy going with thing that is guards need. If we need anything we always call them and they always help us find the best solution they can get us.

Never had any issues with the companies they always treated me professionally and always was concerned about any issues I have but at this point I give you 100%

Admiral Security had acquired my old company I used to work for. They would require us to call to clock in and out for our shifts on top of our clock in/out procedures. They would also have us call in and out of our working lunch. They skimmed a lot of the employees of their hours on their check. I never wanted to work with A. S. S.inc and would not recommend it to anyone else.

I have been with Admiral Security Services for 1.5 years so far. Working as a flex guard in San Francisco I have met so many guards at different sites and I can honestly say the work atmosphere gives positive, fun, funny, and PROFESSIONAL vibes that I ENJOY GOING TO WORK EVERYDAY! There is a sense of COMMUNITY in the San Francisco branch and I love the guards I work with! The CULTURAL DIVERSITY within the company has brought me to meeting some great, down to earth guards.
Shoutout to our Dispatch and Operation teams for the work they do and the OUTSTANDING COMMUNICATION skills they have with guards. Markeya, Faye, Chris, Kai, Darren, Marcus, Juan, Medhi, Brian, Kreo, Tanner and Harris are to name a few.
The entire HR team Lakiffany, Misty D, and Shawnee Garris all have been absolutely amazing to work with. I want to specifically shoutout Misty Cheshire, head HR investigator who has been one of the best people I ever worked with. Wether I have questions or need to fix a payroll discrepancy, Misty has been so RESPONSIVE and helpful. Misty has people skills, is patient, has a humbling and respectful attitude, an honest and empathetic employee that strives the best for the company and puts VALUE and wants the best for every guard. The company is extremely lucky to have Misty Cheshire.
I cannot forget Joel Adams, head of Operations who is the backbone for the company.
Shoutout to San Francisco regional manager, Scott Campf who recently joined the company and has been wonderful to work under. With the amount of emails and work he receives and does daily he still makes time to check on guards. It has been a pleasure working for this man.

The company is already and will be expanding even more with the success and reputation that it currently has. I recommend Admiral Security Services Inc.over any other security company. Worked for this company 5 years now that the biggest assets to the company Brian and Isabel are gone the company has went downhill no one shows up to their shifts scheduling just throws bodies to any and every site contracts will be lost very soon HORRIBLE COMPANY

I had to leave my post/site in a emergency. I called my supervisor and dispatch. Told them my situation, dispatch said, hang up and called 911 and wait for the paramedics. They show up and take me the hospital. 2 days later, I was removed from my post and then given some lame story, how the people at H&M didn’t know or see the firefighters (that were BIGGER THAN I AM) enter the store and get me? Isn’t there cameras, couldn’t the supervisor check and show them? No! Instead they made me look bad to make themselves look good @Admiral I called HR and The supervisor. They did the “he said, she said “ thanks for demoting me because I had sn emergency and it’s not like I left, to just leave. It was an actual emergency and not even with proof did they believe me or could have my back. They could’ve easily showed the client proof but no.

I've been with Admiral for almost 4 years and they have been the best security company I have worked for. They have always been accommodating to any scheduling requests I've had. I would definitely refer anyone who wants to start a career or try a different type.

I'm glad they finally cleaned house in operations, now they can finally look at Cesar Saona and see that he's the problem, not all the managers that quit or got fired. I highly recommend not taking a position under him at Admiral Security Services you will regret it within 3 weeks of working with Cesar.

This is not a real operations or branch manager position! The Ops managers are setup as Field Supervisors and Branch Managers are Operation Managers Cesar is the real Branch Manager for the company.

The last branch manager they hired was smart he didn't quit his last job he just took vacation to test Admiral out and once he seen how Cesar was he stayed and quit Admiral within 3 weeks.

Another one they hired quit in two months without notice so that should tell you a lot.if you are reading this stay away or find a real company don't be impressed by the $90,000- $105,000 they are promoting.

PAGA on the way for paying people 25 cents for milage when the state requirement was 58.2 cents which they didn't start paying until this year also no cell phone reimbursement to officers that's been sent text blast after hours at all times of the night by dispatch hundreds of people contacted while not on duty.

In addition, A couple managers was making 27 an hour for years but answered calls 24/7 as a salary manager but the California requirement is $28.00 to make someone Salary.

Admiral is an outstanding company to work for because it has an eclectic mix of security job sites that range from San Francisco tech firms, condominiums, retail and Banks etc.

Worked for this company approaching 2 years never had any issues with management company treats it's employees fairly

I highly recommend anyone looking to join Admiral as a manager to stay away from Cesar Saona department. Very toxic and hostile manager most people quit within 90 days of working with him that's why he's always hiring for a Branch/ Operations Manager. Don't believe me ask Cesar what's his turn overrate during the interview process.

Very unprofessional staff i dealt with Mark Loera whos a Yes man for the Company he will not do what is right makes a lot of false promises and will not follow up, i spent hrs watching videos, taking quizzes, uploading all my info. A big waste of time DO NOT APPLY HERE he provided a sample of a Certificate that he wanted me to have for employment, it turn out the Certificate was a fake / fraud and when I brought it to his attn.he did not even care, get one he said!
