It took a week, a dozen phone calls, and eight hours on the phone to get their esign application to OPEN. Support is outsourced too, with terrible audio quality (static). It's difficult to understand anything.

Their customer service is about as difficult to use as possible.

What awful company! Please never take out any subscriptions. They are thieves! Just paid money to get our of a so called 'subscription' model. Subscription means I can leave anytime. But not according to Adobe. F U Adobe!

Terrible sCAMMING policy! I started a free trial more than a year go and forgot to cancel.they charged me for several months and never adviced me to cancel a product I was not using. BUT EVEN FURHTER! I cancelled my subscription when I noticed some huge paymentes in my card, but even after cancelling THEY CONTINUED CHARGING ME! THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY EVER, THEY ACT LIKE SCAMMERS! DO NOT USE ADOBE!

Their annual subscription plan is ridiculous…they tricked you into a one-year commitment and don’t let you cancel early of the plan

If I could give a Zero stars, I would. This company is such a scam. The same problems occurred in my second attempt to use Adobe. If your problem does not fall within their virtually-created world, you have no way of having it resolved. I was refused service because I was bounced to an e-mail address I don't have. When I selected speaking to a live person, I was refused because no account was shown under my name and e-mail address. It's like a comedy routine from Bud and Costello: Who's on first base? I can't even cancel my subscription because of these problems. Of course, I am being billed.

Really cool looking place and awesome event space. The event was for Dance Museum. Congrats to Jodi Lomask and CAPACITOR for their groundbreaking work in archival dance film in VR! 1
