Bought the puppy plan for our new pup and our dog did not get chipped as mentioned she would in the first visit. Also did not receive goodie bag.
Took our other 2 dogs today and were forced to give them a bunch of vaccines they already have because they didn't appear in their system even though we had paper proof.

Great place. Staff is nice and polite, waiting a bit, but it's worth it. I don't know who she was, if she was the Vet doctor, she was not polite and her words toward the assistant were not appreciated, she seem frustrated. But will definitely go back just for the service of the other employees.

I have a 106lb Bully.he was in a lot of pain. The staff was very attentive to this. They made sure to give him a steroid shot 1st to try to help with his swelling before they started to do any procedures on him. They were also attentive to my needs.
I requested that they let me stay with him during the procedure, and they accommodated me. Two of the grlz that were vet techs actually picked him up and put him on the exam table.
The staff was very nice. The Veterinarian was full of information, and was very spathetic to my concerns.

I brought my pet to be disposed of. I was quoted $60 over the phone. When I got there I told the receptionist I had called about disposing of my pet. She charged me $159 for cremation. I did not ask for cremation, that is just the only option I was given. I assumed this was the $60 charge, but I was thrown off by the $159 statement. I had so much grief, I could not even talk to question this charge. I would like a charge back on the difference. I felt severely taken advantage of during my time of grief and loss. I felt this type of predatory charges are insensitive during a sensitive time of grief for a grieving pet parent.

Staff was very unprofessional the last time I brought my dog. I don't think I'll bring him back again.
