I wanted to share my experience at this location, I needed to get my vehicle insured and my registration sticker renewed, I did everything the same day, I walked out the office covered and my tags on hand. I recommend this office for this company as I see them everywhere and I can see no why, they will do the shopping around for you and will get you the best plan that fit your needs, I always though I was paying too much insurance with my prior company but then I took the moment to quote with Adriana's and I definitely will pay less now.

I called them to ask a question about my insurance with them. And i answered in English and she hanged up on me. Called again twice and stilled hanged up.

Do not use these crooks. They lie about the deposit that they say is required by the insurance for the first and last months payment. It’s truly for their 315.00 broker fee that they do not mention. Kayla who “assisted” me said that it was the first and last months payment on 3 different occasions. I asked if I could cancel the policy and she said of course and that I would get a refund back. I have emailed and called her and of course no answer.

Big rip off. I got there insurance for one day got charged around $200 and cancelled the next day. I was told that I would not get back the $200 because of the policy I sign stating that "I have to cancel my policy before 24 hours" So I asked them for the writing agreement and they could not provide me with one. Please don't go here get Geico or some other company.
