I have been help by agent named: Edgar (Rcho Cucamonga Office) today, 9/27/2023 in really fast and very profisional way in renew my policy of car ins; it's incredibel and very tactful to solve, handle the procces of renewal policy-go to Adriana if you need buy car ins!

I called Adriana Insurance this morning, Cesar took my call and he was very helpful, he was able to process my payments over the phone and he even gave me some helpful information about my policy. Thank you Cesar for your Great customer service skills.

I’ve had insurance with Adriana’s on and off my most recent experience with Edgar was horrible I called in today and spoke with Rudy at ext1421 who went the extra mile has very calm and LISTENED to my needs. Considering my previous horrible experience Rudy successfully was able to reinstate my new term updates my billing information (that was a previous discrepancy) but was also very knowledgeable. I am very impressed as I am a manager in the healthcare industry and train agents on the phone myself! Rudy Adriana’s is lucky to have you on there team! Great work!

I spoke to Alan yesterday and he was extremely helpful. He went out of his way to make sure i received the appropriate documentation i needed for a name change. Going through a divorce can be difficult when changing your last name after so many years but he made my experience as easy as possible. His extension is 1442. Truly the best representative I’ve had at Adriana’s.
