Very bad experience at least when it comes to calling them. I tried calling them twice and both times they hung up on me and when someone would answer they would automatically put me on hold again. Tried calling them for a third time, but gave up honestly. Estimated time waiting maybe about 30 min

Been with them for 7 years and today my policy was cancelled. When I called I got told that they had ‘planned’ to cancel my insurance because they were moving to Arizona! They have no customer service skills and I’ve dealt with their bad attitudes for years, I sadly been with them for years because I couldn’t afford anything else, even with their outrageous price spikes. Hopefully with this new start I’ll be able to find a new insurance but I just can’t believe they cancelled me without any letter or 2 week notice; something, so I could have prepared for this moment. Awful company.

As an unsuspecting consumer, I am absolutely livid with the predatory tactics employed by Adriana Insurance Services. They shamelessly target low-income areas, preying on individuals who are willing to sign anything without the proper knowledge or understanding of the insurance industry. They take advantage of their vulnerability and lack of resources, making false assurances that they are in safe hands.

It is downright despicable that Adriana Insurance Services presents themselves as insurance sellers, only to later reveal their true identity as a broker agency focused on finding the best rates. Exploiting the trust of those who are less fortunate, they charge exorbitant fees for obtaining quotes from other insurance competitors. This deceptive practice masks their true intention: to grab as much money as possible from unsuspecting individuals.

The complete lack of transparency and integrity displayed by Adriana Insurance Services is beyond reprehensible. They intentionally mislead and victimize those who are least equipped to defend themselves, leaving them feeling deceived, cheated, and further burdened by financial strain.

I strongly urge anyone considering their services to stay far away. Don't fall into the trap of false promises and deceit set by Adriana Insurance Services. Instead, seek out reputable and trustworthy insurance providers who prioritize honesty, transparency, and the well-being of their customers.

I called Adriana‘s insurance to get insurance on my car because I brand but a brand new Subaru 2024 and they said I’m sorry we can’t put coverage full coverage liability any kind of coverage on your car because it’s not legally in the system yet I had Adriana insurance in the past they were really helpful and unfortunately if you buy a new card that is not of the year yet, don’t bother to go to Adriana’s because they won’t except it
