6Today we arrived at 6: 15 to do the insurance procedure and we were waiting and about 15 minutes before it closed Mona Zepeda no longer wanted to serve us and that speaks of poor customer service
Horrible service I just called like 4 time and they keep clicking on me honestly I would give no stars if I could even negative stars if there was horrible service and experience
They paid for my car when some one total my car. Awesome adrianna insurance.
I’ll give it two stars for the only reason that the only person doing customer service was trying to keep her cool while helping a bunch of people. Not a good experience, they should have more people working at this location at least ONE MORE! Asking around, everyone was complaining that they had been waiting for a period of 1+ hour.
This location, I don’t think I want to come back.
Not cool at all. Called on 3/7/23 I’m calling to ask for quote today and they hang up on me. Call later on and they block my number calls don’t go through don’t use unless you want to waste your time. Stay away.
Evan provided me with excellent customer service. He gave me a quote via phone and helped me get the lowest quote.
