I was using this company I didn't notice that my insurance expired called the personnel of this office to renew it or try to make a payment to reinstall the policy, lady in the phone said that was not possible, I asked if about the price of buying another policy and if there was any discount from being a customer she said yes, only to find your when I got there that price was going to be the same as a new customer, very dishonest, made me waste my time I know insurance and their brokers are only there to milk money of the customers but it's the law, but being lied in your face in another story, will never buy anything from this place again. They're just brokers nothing else.

U can get insurance here for sure.beware of fees u may pay when u can easily go straight to the insurance comapny itself and get it done for less o even free

Be careful with this company, got rear ended and this company was completely useless. Really good at charging though.

So happy with this insurance company i have had them for 3 years and recently got into a car accident they helped me with my claim with gathering all my information and sending it out.very patient agents also got my tags for my vehicle right away they give it to you in the office.very happy with them i definitely recommend this insurance for everyone who is trying to save money on insurance.

I am 25 years old with 2 DUI'S and 2 accidents i have struggled a long time trying to get insurance but it is expensive everywhere i go until i woke up in the morning with a coupon on my window of $100.so i went straight to adrianas insurance and got a quote i could not believe my eyes after paying 535 a month for insurance full cover.adrianas insurance offered me 275 full cover i bought it immediately! They literally have the best prices out their for anybody we finished in less than 15 minutes and i walked out of the office super happy!

Went there to add a vehicle to my policy and they were charging me 100 dollars called the insurance myself got it for free.

Stay away from this place rude people they act like they don't need your money.broker fee' s are way too high

I came in thinking my insurance was going to be expensive, turn out that it was cheaper than I anticipated. I'm happy to say I got cheap insurance for 2 vehicles, plus I added my brother to my insurance. They saw me with in 5 to 10 minutes. I walked in without a appointment. Walked out hapoy.

We have pretty standard experience here. Always do you homework before going in so you don't get ripped off.

Called for a quote and was greeted with a young man who gave poor service. After denying the quote and politely telling him have a good day he then said an explicit thing and hung up on me. I called back and he then continued to be rude and seemed to show no respect. His name was Rafael. Thanks for your service but I think no one will be reffered there by me.

This place rips you off. They never answer the phones, they always transfer to the customer service line. They have been overcharging me for 2 months and have not been able to get a straight answer from anyone. They lie and say they try to call or left a voicemail. I only stay because i had a dui and they are the only ones that would provide insurance. Otherwise I would've bolted.

Worse customer service ever! Yvette told me she was gonna send my proof of insurance to the DMV which she never did and on top she would promise call me back which she didn't. First and last time trying Adriana insurance!

They would do evething to give you the cheapest auto insurance at the highest price possible. Te roban, cuidado. Te hacen firmar papeles diciendo que tu no quiciste ofertas o que no quiciste aseguranza hacia motociclistas.

They would make you sign papers that would specify that you declined special offerts and also any coverage to motocyclist accidents.
