7 Don't come here, they like to over charge and it's easy for them to take your money but as soon as you have a problem they throw they're arms up and don't want to help you.
I came to switch the car I had on my policy, first guy tried to charge me aost $200, I come again a week after 2nd guy charge me $100, odd that one guy charges one thing and another something different.
Just recently I came to cancel my policy 4 days later they charged me anyways, and when I came to figure out what happens Oscar just through his arms up and said I had to come back a deal with the guy that was supposed to cancel it for me.
He was no help and did not even try, and he still had the odasidy to say that I need proof of a new insurance to cancel. What about if I don't have that car at all, I can't ever cancel. Stupid.
Horrible never again will I get insurance from them.
Customer service is the worst, in through one ear and out the other.

Wost experience ever! The manager Moises physically ripped a sheet out of my hands that in front of othef customers and associates! Never recommending this insurance!
Came by saturday it says its open until 9pm everyday and no one is here signs are on as open and its empty and doors lock and its berly 727pm.
This is the worst place to get insurance.they quote you one thing over the phone then you go in and charge you like 40 dollars more. And to top it off the people working there are rude. Bottom line is its not worth going to.
I was given a high rate initially, but the broker promised that it would drop in six months when the policy was renewed, at the end of the six months I went by and they said that it would stay the same but it could drop at some point in the future. They fed me the same lie, I will be seeking another insurance company in the future.
