Needed help with some of the cameras, reached out to Micheal J Rogers for help since he sold me the products. Said he will send someone out and to this date no one has showed up.

Sold my home and still had contract time left. Adt can't service new home and still wants to charge me $1750 to cancel account. Sorry you can't service new home but charging me that amount when you can't offer service is wrong on every level. I highly recommend not using this company ever!

Have other options? Take them!
Worst company I’ve EVER dealt with. I was sold something I didn’t want by Michelle Gomez. Months later when I’m finally able to get a hold of her, she’s overly bothered with me and says she hasn’t replied because she’s busy and at a manager training.
Shortly after being convinced by Michelle to buy more expensive cameras, I had a suspicious vehicle parked outside my house, and the more expensive cameras did not live up to what Michelle said they would be. When I showed her the images, I told her to please give me the make and model of the vehicle, as she had said the cameras would be able to do that… almost six months later, and she never responded.

I’ve made multiple complaints to ADT to speak to someone at the branch and am still being charged for a camera I don’t have and never received the quote to upgrade my system to add that camera.
It’s been months that I’ve been making complaints, and still nothing.

BEWARE! If the branch doesn’t act on the complaint, it automatically gets closed out.
No wonder they never return my calls.
Branch manager, Cassandra has been contacted by ADT Account Services multiple times and has told them she will contact me… months later, still waiting!

SAVE YOUR MONEY! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!
I’m now locked in to a contract I can’t get out of because Michelle never returned my calls after installation and was out of the window to cancel by the time I was able to get a hold of her. Sneaky people that just care about their sales and commission here. STAY AWAY!

Met w Homer in Nov 2020 for a quote for new and existing camera upgrade. Still waiting for a call back March 2021?

This is the most unethical security company I have ever dealt with. I signed a three year contract for a given anount. Not even a year into the contract I get an email stating my monthly payment is going up, and it did. So beware!

Dealt with a different small town company before and am still dealing with the horrible experience from a bait and switch situation. Was reluctant to go with ADT because of that, but because my new place came with a preinstalled ADT system I opted to give them a shot for one year. They have been great! I am now nearing my 3rd year with ADT, no longer in any contract, and am very happy! I highly recommend ADT. Just remember to READ EVERYTHING so you know EXACTLY what you are committing to AND Question the length of a contract to get it reduced to something you're comfortable with initially. They were friendly, reasonable, and didn't pull any switch-a-roos with me.

Her patient and empathetic demeanor means so much when you have a constant issue that hasn't been resolved. Tiffany made this phone call, (which was to schedule a return of the tech to resolve the issue once and for all), was as seamless and professional as expected. Thank you for having her as part of your team. Once again, Thank youTiffany, for making my experience turn from hopeless frustration to Hopeful.

Wanted to express my gratitude for whoever hired Orion. We had recently switched to Spectrum and our alarm was no longer recognized. Orion was very knowledgeable and professional. Took two days to resolve our issue and he went above and beyond to make sure that we were taken care of.
