ADT Solar, Murrieta CA

Terrible! Absolutely terrible! Communication is the worst. I can't even describe how bad it is. Should be ZERO stars. We signed in June 2022 and weren't up and running until May 2023. Almost a year! They connected our battery incorrectly, so we weren't getting the benefit. No one has walked us through the system yet, (It's now Sept. 2023) and the Tesla app (battery) doesn't show same data as the Enphase app (solar panels). They promise verbally, but never follow through. We call and get no response for months. Then we are promised action, and they again disappear. AVOID ADT AT ALL COSTS!

After signing with ADT Solar, I was promised the solar panels would be up and operational with 3-4 months. Here we are 15 months later and I am still waiting. The customer service is terrible. They have passed me to 5 different account managers, none of which were much help. I would recommend any solar company but this one.

Nightmare service. You will have a true up at the end of the year.

SunPro solar was awesome. Totally helped me every step of the way with getting my system up and running. Now, having an issue with the electrical and ADT solar (who bought SunPro) has been less then helpful. For 3 days now I’ve been told, daily, that I will receive a call from the local office. Apparently, no one in ADT is interested in helping me with my electrical issues.

I say, walk away from ADT solar. Don’t even consider them.

One of the worst experiences in our life. They told us that we were hooked up two months before we were, consequently, I had to pay Edison and them. The salesman was misleading and unknowledgeable. $10,000 Balloon Payment at 17 months. Stay away!

Terrible service all around. Not sure if I started dealing with sunpro prior to ADT buying them, but regardless I will never recommend this company.

Did a lot of research and seemed the be the best option vs other solar companies, sales rep Pedro was great, though gave some misinformation in his sales pitch. After signing, I ping ponged through different account managers, had to fight with their underwriting team who kept rejecting my application for HOA reasons without clearly reading what I had provided. After 4 application attempts (no change to application) and 4 different under writers, finally an approval from someone who can read instructions. Then sunpro canceled my job for absurd reasons such as "we don't have a safe way to get panels onto your roof. " After complaining, they reinstated my project, only to find out they changed the type of panel and number of panels from what I originally signed for, AND NEVER TOLD ME. The amount of disorganization and lack of communication is quite astonishing.

After almost 1 year (1 year!) of haggling with them, I am giving up. No solar one year later and back to square one, researching providers. What a shame, it feels they were dishonest with me the entire way. AGAIN, BUYER BEWARE!

Signed contract for Solar 12/11/22. Finally got it installed 11/9/22. Been waiting over 2
Months and still don’t have the place cards for final inspection. I can’t get anyone there all the way up to the VP’s office to even respond to my text, calls or phone calls!
Worst company you could ever deal with. Avoid them like the plague!
