This is the most amazing emergency vet there is! They are so kind and understanding, and don't price gouge you at all! I absolutely love this office and they have a forever customer in me!

They were amazing. I was out there visiting and they made time for my dog almost immediately. She had another bad ear infection but they actually took the time to clean out her ears really well and not just put a bandaid on the situation. Thank you so much!

Everyone who works here is amazing and really cares about animals. We drive all the way from Escondido just to see Dr. Rosales and the staff here.

Dr Rosales is fabulous! She did a thorough check-up on our dog. Later she called and gave a detailed report/explanation on our dogs lab work with some excellent recommendations. Everyone there is so professional helpful & upbeat. The assistant nurse who gave us so much of her time taking my dogs vitals blood etc.was Excellent! Our dog had a really bad allergic reaction to something while we were visiting San Diego last week and ACVH got us right in for an exam. Their amazing staff were super helpful and took great care of our pooch. Appreciate their efforts and highly recommend them!

HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place! We called in the morning and they were able to see my little furbaby in a timely manner. Everyone there was so nice! Wow did I luck out and find a great clinic just up the road from me. The staff and the doc were PHENOMENAL, and the fees were super reasonable. I had just done dentals elsewhere for 2 of my 5 rescues, and my wallet was saying "Yow! " Now dog #3 had a very loose tooth. I came here for a second opinion to see if we could just extract the small incisor and put off a full dental for a while. I know it's not ideal, but the rest of his mouth is pretty OK for now and 3 dentals in a week is A LOT for me. Dr. Drelick saved the day! He was impressive in his knowledge and left me feeling confident in his abilities and the extraction proceedure. An hour later, I returned to find my dog alert, happy, calm and relaxed! He came home wagging his tail, just like me! What a lucky find after my mobile vet just stopped serving my area.

They are AMAZING here. The entire staff (from reception to vet techs) is patient and professional with our anxious/protective boy. You can absolutely tell they care for your pets as if they're their own. Dr. Pandi is very thorough, and also radiates kindess to her patients and their families. Definitely worth the trip up the 67 for us.

They sent my dog home fully under anesthesia. He was flopped into my wife car being told "he'll wake up soon". When she got home I had to carry him in dead weight into the house. He sat on his bed for an hour without moving until I had to take him back to the vet where he sat in recovery for another 2.5 hours.

I am not totally sure what happened, and obviously there was a mistake somewhere, but this was unacceptable.

My fur baby hurt herself and after calling around to dozens of closer vets who were at max capacity, I called ACVH and they were able to get us in immediately. They were amazing with a fearful dog who was in pain. Thankfully it ended up not being as serious as I thought. However, she is getting older and I've now added supplements per the doctors advice. Dr. Brooks was amazing BTW and so were the other staff. It was about a 20 mile drive, but well worth it. I'll be bringing my other 2 dogs in for care as well.

Very caring and helpful service. This was my first time here. The vet called me and told me what's wrong. I wasn't prepared for the expense but I felt my dog was in good hands. I highly recommend it!

I really liked the family friendly staff. The came tote car, took the dog, did what was needed, had a great conversation where the vet answered all the questions and basically was a helpful group.

Dropped by this place on short notice for my cat who was in distress one morning. My primary vet hadn't opened yet and the urgent care location I used in the past was closing for the day but recommended this location. They were really helpful and took her in right away. Everyone was professional and kind and helped us get through our emergency. Dr Brooks kept in contact with me and followed up on her care. I really appreciate all the help and assistance they provided. I'm very thankful they were able to see us in our time of need.

First visit. Got me in quickly. Took great care with Bella, my Pomeranian. Update: Bella was a very sick girl this week. I brought her in for evaluation. They thoroughly checked her over. Fussed over her. Loved on her. Discussed her eating, drinking and behavioral changes. Honestly, more thorough than my physician. Waiting on lab results for a final diagnosis. But, the IV has kick started her recovery.

Very pleased. Location was convenient, and services were provided without waiting at reasonable cost. Dr Perry, her assistant and office staff were professional, kind, caring and worked as a team. Definitely happy we found them.

Always such a comforting and welcoming feeling. Everyone remembers us and treats our dogs like they are their own.
