Advanced Eyecare Center of Redondo Beach

I have been seeing Dr. Hansen for about 5 years. He is very friendly, but he has a way of speaking that seems condescending. He made me feel as though my concerns were not valid and did not really deserve treatment beyond 'try some eye drops. ' I recently decided to try a new optometrist and was given so much more respect, patience, and options for eye health. Dr. Hansen is a good eye doctor, but there are better ones out there.

I have been seeing Dr Hansen at Advanced EyeCare in Manhattan Beach for several years, because he's very attentive and thorough! Recently moved closer to their office in Redondo Beach, and find their staff to be totally knowledgeable and friendly!

I love Dr. Michael Hansen and the entire staff at Advanced Eyecare Center in Redondo Beach. I moved away temporarily for almost 3 years and had a lot of eye problems when I was gone. Dr. Hanson was so happy to see me back and he sympathized with me and explained numerous things to me to address my current issues. I am so glad to be back in the South Bay and in his care. He’s very friendly and yet professional. And his entire staff is wonderful. They thoroughly explained all of the options available to me and made sure that I understood everything. My family has been going to Dr. Hanson since he had his office in Torrance many years ago. We will continue to use him for all of our eye needs and would recommend them highly to anyone looking for a good professional and thorough eye doctor.

The doctors and staff are so nice and thorough. They spend quality time with you and explain everything they are doing very well. The gals who helped me find glasses were super nice and found a great frame for me. I can’t wait to get my stylish new glasses!
