Manuel is a consummate professional. He is knowledgeable, very friendly, thorough, accessible when I have questions, and provides professional advice on any host of pest issues. He was taken off my route for a couple of months and I was disappointed not to have him personally service my house. After he returned last week, I committed to writing a review. I trust Manuel and Advanced IPM for all my pest control needs.

***It's been over a month that we have started getting serviced by Advanced Integrated Pest Management. We have noticed a tremendous improvement around our house. Our spiderwebs have diminished 99% and the insects that were usually noticed around our entrance area are no longer there. Ian keeps in constant touch and is always asking if we have noticed anything that he needs to tend to.

Brad does an outstanding job, and is a dedicated professional! I'm amazed at the difference between my previous pest control company and AdvancedIPM. Brad was extremely thorough with sweeping the spider webs/insects on the house, and he also did the fence, shrubs, swimming pool pump house & water heater storage room, which the other company didn't do. He even found and eliminated 3 wasp nests that my previous provider didn't find with their usual 10 to 15 minutes of work. Brad worked for about 1 hour and 20 minutes. Such a tremendous difference between companies. So I'm an extremely happy customer and I'm glad that I found AdvancedIPM! In my opinion, if anyone wants a professional & thorough job, AdvancedIPM is the only place to go!

Jason arrived promptly when expected. He was polite, informative, and friendly. He worked fast and efficiently to rid my basement of rodent contaminated insulation, which he bagged and removed in the cleanest manner possible. He left premises very clean and smelling delightfully fresh. I’m grateful to be finally be able to use our fantastic basement!
