5 Since AMC took over management of the building complex, the cleanliness and follow up from management has gone way down. Management notified tenants that a cleaning crew would be hired at least 6 months ago. If they have, I haven’t seen them. The hallways are filthy, there’s a strong smell of dog urine in the common areas, the trash shoot rooms are beyond disgusting. The level of awful odor is unbearable. I can’t begin to imagine how much bacteria is flying in the air. You can barely make out the color of the floor from how dirty it is with rotting food on the floor. I have mold growing by my guest bathroom vestibule due to the ac unit back up. It’s been a week since the plumber came by to unclog the line that caused the back up and severe leaking from the ceiling and walls. I had to go twice for follow up to the leasing office just to get the leak fixed. It took at least a week. Now, it’s over a week since the plumber came and once again, no follow up from the leasing office management team. Meanwhile, the mold is worse.
However, our maintenance team is amazing. They are there to maintain the upkeep of repairs not clean or pick up dog feces. I find it ridiculous that management has them doing minimal cleaning when they would better make use of their valuable time with the maintenance needs of the building!
AMC apartment everything is a lie poor management office no professional no training and AMC apartment like to take All ALL deposit they will add and add anything to make sure they don't refund any cent besides the longer your deposit has been into their account are getting interested and that's a profit that they keep too stiling from each resident deposit.
What is heartless.
I wanted to discuss my living/rental situation with AMC. The Regional Supervisor, Michelle Brown, calls me purposely with a Unknown Caller Id, and leaves no room for discussion, nor her phone number. This is the character of AMC. Very slick ;)

Crescent apartments have hired a total improper manager who urges residents, lies, and manipulates the truth, as of today the entire apartment complex has issues with her. I am personally gonna try to get her license removed and have her disciplined. She hounds and purse relentlessly tenants. We won't stop until she is fired. We will gather signatures to have her step down this month so my clients can be happy and peacefully enjoy their own living. Sarah Roman out!
