5 Front office staff were friendly. However, Dr. Park was arrogant and condescending. As a 70 yo widow, I felt this doctor lacked compassion and respect for me as a
'potential' patient.
After initial consult (waited 2 1/2 HOURS!), he told me to call back in 2 weeks to find out if he's going to 'accept' me as a patient. Called them today. I was told Dr. Park will NOT see me for pain mgt.because I don't want "injections".
Horrible bedside mannner! Was so rude and insisting on wrenching my poor 83 year old mother around and making her try to do things that she could not. Did not even review medical records nor read the detailed paperwork we had filled out! We walked out!
Dr Park is amazing! However Amber at the front desk is negligent and extremely rude
Not to impressed by front desk, or person taking my vitals very rude.and Dr.switched my quantity of pain meds would not even listen to what I had to say, he's not the one in chronic pain, and wouldn't prescribe me my Soma's no flexril looking for a new pain management doctor.new to this area.
I have lived with pain for over 30yrs. I learned at a very young age to take the meds when the pain was at a "6" or higher on the 1 - 10 scale. I was referred to Dr. Park 3yrs ago. I always assumed "pain management" was just the place people were referred to go to, when their primary care Dr didn't want to be the guy prescribing controlled medication. I'm happy that I was wrong. Dr. Park is the only medical professional that actually read my records before my initial visit. He quickly identified all of my problem areas and discussed a treatment plan with myself and my husband. I honestly felt relief and grateful to be in such good hands. He and his staff are amazing. I can't praise them enough. I wish more Dr's were as thorough and on point.
