I’m a current paying patient of this place. They don’t return phone calls, they’ve double billed me, billed me when I didn’t have an appointment, let prescriptions lapse multiple times and don’t answer or return calls… I actually had to go in there screaming the last time my prescription was out just to get it refilled. If you’re looking to improve your mental health, this isn’t the place to do it, they’ll make it worse. I’m currently looking for a new doctor. I love Dr. Motl which is the ONLY reason I’ve continued going here but it’s not worth the hassle anymore. Absolute nightmare of a company. I’ll be filing a complaint as soon as I find a new doctor.

It doesn't seem like anyone communicates with each other here. I had one appointment back in beginning of December with an amazing therapist. Was told after the appointment that she is leaving so I'd have to schedule with someone new. The receptionist scheduled me for a month and a half in advance with someone else. Receive a call a few days before my appointment saying the first therapist I saw isn't there anymore and to make a new appt. Which I already knew. Asked about my upcoming appt with different therapist and was told my appointment slot was given to someone else? Made a new appointment (wasn't informed it was telehealth prior but decided I'd try it anyway) Wait around for the Zoom link or a phone call and never got one. Got a call 10 min after my appt time to tell me the therapist called out. Extremely frustrated that my original appointment was randomly given to someone else. If it was a mistake or something then call me. Don't just give the appointment away and not tell me until I ask about it? I'm not normally one to complain but I really needed this appointment. Will be looking somewhere else.

Today was my first appointment (Roseville). Starting the path to being a psychiatry patient is overwhelming and gave me anxiety. The staff was friendly, patient, and kind. Best part, the doctor LISTENED to me. I felt heard, understood, and like my story was important. The staff made me feel like I was in the right place. So happy to have found this facility.

Not a good place at all, the customer service disaster it makes you more depressed and you will not get hold of medical assistance for days which means you won't get your controlled medications when really matters.and also they're kinda ignoring that their patients are having mental health crisis.

I’ve been feeling hopeless and after speaking with Julia I have hope. I really felt she cared about me and wanted to help.

I agree getting through the quagmire of the front desk is exhausting but well worth the hassle since Dr. Solomon has been instrumental in my son's medication management, his progress, and overall well-being.

I love my therapist and scheduling my appointment via text is super convenient thanks to Destiny! I love the option to do therapy from the comfort of my home. I highly recommend them!

Everyone I've dealt with at this office has been very nice, but the ineptitude of staff has been exhausting at best, and devastating at worst to experience. I've been trying for months to get a diagnosis. I got an initial assessment, was told I'd be referred to a specialist, and no one called. I left 4 messages over 4 weeks, and no one called me back. I finally was able to schedule a 2nd assessment, and the doctor no-showed my appointment. I missed work to have this appointment. The reception staff had no idea why the doctor hadn't shown. This all feels very unprofessional and disorganized.

Receptionist disclosed my Daughter's medication information in front of two patients in the lobby. This was clearly a HIPAA violation and she appeared to not be concerned. No apologies. In addition, the medical paperwork provided to my daughter reported an inaccurate portrayal of the intake she had with the NP. At no point was the medication information provided to her, only consent paperwork pushed for her signage. Staff and guests adhering to the signage of Mask coverage. Horrible experience. Poor customer service. As a mental health provider, not a thoughtful and professional service.

Run far away from this place! Before I saw the psychiatrist, my vitals were taken by a tech. As we were waiting for the machine to finish taking my blood pressure, the tech was taking pictures of herself and posting them on Snapchat. The psychiatrist was nice and assured me she wanted to help. She prescribed me a medication and told me to start by cutting them in half for the first week. She wrote the prescription for time release caps, which you aren't supposed to cut! I didn't realize this until three days later and I had to go to the emergency room. She also set me up to talk to a therapist, and due to Covid I met with her over video chat. She made me feel as though I was wasting her time. Very short and quick to the point answers, and at the 45 minute mark she just said "okay take care" and hung up on me. I talked to the psychiatrist again over the phone a few days after all of this happened and let her know I didn't feel comfortable taking the medication anymore since it put me in the hospital. She told me to look for a guy on YouTube, he can tell me how to change my mindset and that when I change that, the chemicals in my brain will fix themselves and my depression will go away on its own. This was the last conversation and I never went back. So much time and money wasted. I still have vision problems from the medication. This all happened last year, I didn't think to right a review until I was just mistakenly referred there again. If I could give negative stars I would. This place should be shut down. Save yourself, run away!

Horrible experience. Partner went through them for half a year. They would constantly tell them they were making improvement even though they would insist on not getting better to the signs where they were getting worse. The last meeting they tried to dismissed their concerns for not feeling better and tried to gaslight them into thinking they were. They were also severely misled about disability (SDI) Advanced Psychiatry also was requiring a 100 bucks every 6 weeks just to get a signature for temporary disability. Then kept giving promises on “working” to get full disability, only to learn the second to last week that they weren’t allowed to sign them up for full disability. It was like tying a carrot on a string and holding it in front of them for months on end. They allow disgusting business practices and deserve to be shut down

The clerical workers are pretty careless. They continue to dead name me after repeatedly asking them to not do so, even though I have asked them to put a note in my file repeatedly. They don't always call to schedule follow ups, they took a long time to get back to me when I first reached out to them.

However, the actual clinicians are great. I didn't have to fight for them to accept my previous diagnoses or go through the whole process of elimination game from the beginning again to find what works. It's very no drama, which is great because the last thing someone struggling with behavioral health needs is drama and trauma surrounding treatment.

I am writing a 1 do to the office staff not the providers. Never return calls at all, having to leave multiple messages, it is getting to the point that I am needing to speak to the office manager regarding lack of calls back for scheduling. Scheduling patients with different doctors is an issue when getting medications they need to stay with the same provider. I literally HATE this office I would not recommend anyone to go here. If you need paper work done they charge $100 and do not have it back in a timely manner at all took a week to get them to send me the paper work that I needed done sooner. I would not recommend. Asked for the lady on the phones name and was hung up on.

Destiny is always very helpful and does what she says she is going to do. She is able to handle calls and scheduling appointments with efficient professionalism. She is a joy to talk to. Angela is caring and concerned for overall health of all.

I receive absolutely great care and service here. I have never been to a better psychiatry office because everyone who works here is wonderful. The doctors give me just excellent care, and the front office staff are so helpful and make sure that you are taken care of with everything you need, and Maricela is especially helpful, amiable and accommodating. I am so glad and so grateful that I have this office.

I started therapy and was told therapists were pretty booked out until September for those who are accepting new patients. I was weary of the cancellation list they offered to place me on but had no other option.the Medical Assistant Destiny is so nice and good with calling me for weekly cancellations and even if I cant accept what she offers she doesn't hold it against me! I am happy with how hard she tries to fit me in even through all her patients!

Doctors here only care about money. Won't pick up the phone if you don't have an appointment. Lots of hidden costs and fees. They were rude and dismissive and uncaring toward my child. They would not let me take her off any of the meds they gave her and even the front desk treated her bad. This was the worst medical visit in my entire life, they are worst supposed doctors ever.

I saw them for a year, I had many medication changes in that time frame. The NP I saw consistently would not continuously prescribed my adhd medication because of her personal feelings, it was rough. I was made to feel badly because of that medication. They kept increasing & changing my medication because I told them how I felt; which was not improving. I had a lot of side effects, most negative. I did take Spravato and really had an improvement of life with that treatment. I did not like the feeling of TMS. When I objected to a new adhd medication, I was told I needed to inpatient because they had no solution for me anymore for medication… a bit lazy and neglectful in my opinion; in addition I was not have issues with this medication at all. I was “discharged” because I did not agree that an inpatient treatment was appropriate. I only saw a psychiatrist once, and he took it upon himself to cancel their services because of my disagreement with inpatient services. I was not a danger to myself or others and was not in a state of hysteria due to medication. The encounter was disheartening, I was treated as if I was mentally incompetent. They then refused to fill medication for a month, and I had to seek samples because my medication was over 3k and I was in between insurance. I was forced to withdraw and now I am seeking a new psychiatrist. My advice is be cautious and have someone to advocate for you. If you disagree or suggest otherwise you get discharged and left with zero medication; an uncomfortable transition. Being left with finding a psychiatrist during a pandemic is challenging considering the appointments are far out and most are not accepting new patients. They told me to go to an ER or urgent care.
