Unprofessionalism at it's finest. Me and my girlfriend applied and they did not state whether they take or deny HUD. We apply and they denied us. We tried to ask about any other places that are on HUD and they just "liked" the message and didn't give us a reply. Not that upset because IOP will reimburse us for this waste of money on the application process, it's just frustrating to deal with employees that don't care to do their job properly. Doesn't seem like they are a professional or serious business and if they are, I suggest they retrain their employees on customer service.

I had a great experience with Advanced Solutions Property Management. I only rented a unit for one year but during that time they were super responsive and available to answer any questions or concerns. The move out process was super simple and Kevin even provided with helpful information for the new area I was moving to.

Wonderful property management. Rented from them for a year and a half and never had any issues. Mostly worked with Kevin and he was phenomenal. Plan on continuing to rent from them in the future.

Probably the worst property management I’ve ever witnessed, I’d run very far away if you’re reading this review

Nonrefundable $35 fee, told me everything checked out on my application except that they were waiting to hear back from my landlord for rental history verification. Waited days, landlord was looking out for an email/call, never even contacted him and told me the apartment was given to someone else.

The worst property management agency in the state, I don't know how Liz Sleeps at night, she would sell her mother for a nickel.

It's just the beginning of a working relationship and so far, love the entire staff, and the whole process of making our lives a little more worry free thank you! All!

Adrian at the front desk was already working my applicant file that I had just completed the night before when I called to follow up the next day. The application process was straightforward and done on the company website easily. I was able to see the rental the very next day on my lunch break. Adrian was good at communicating all the details of the process to rent. Great experience so far, prompt and professional. Fingers crossed I will be able to get into a nice rental with Advanced Solutions soon.

Used them for a year before our building switched management companies and never had an issue! They always communicate well if there will be something happening at the complex. Everyone was nice and respectful. They made getting the place a breeze I did everything from my phone besides taking in my cashier checks for the deposit and first months rent. I would definitely recommend them for your rental needs

If I could give negative stars I would, this sheisty property management will say yes to you one day and no the next. I had been a tenant for over two years, always on time with rent, looking to get back into a place, the same place as a matter a fact a month after I moved out because of life situations. Adrian and Kevin are not good people. They will string you along every time YOU call because they aren’t calling you back to inform you of anything. It wasn’t listed and I was the only applicant and wasn’t APPROVED after being in the same apartment for two years? “Word of mouth spreads, and people apply. ” They’re a joke. Run don’t walk away from this crooked property management. They treat you like you’re lower than them. Condescending and blatantly rude.

Obviously doesn't like working with people that have a HUD voucher but will take your application fees with no problem told us that an apartment that we applied for went with a different tenant but the apartment is still for rent my friend called on it and it's still available so they lied about it being taken by a different tenant

If you're looking for a good property management to go through to rent a place, this is not where you want to go! This is the last place you'd ever want to go! The person who works the front desk will LIE LIE LIE. You'll move into a place that's filthy and they'll expect you to be the one that cleans it and then keep some of your security deposit when you move out because it was a little dirty? Hmmm. That doesn't sound right. Overall horrible experience and we will never go back.

Well let me start off by saying just how incredibly professional they are, just superb. I've dealt with quite a few different property Management companies in my time and at least half of them can be very unpleasant at times and a few we're just straight up cold and unprofessional, but when it comes to Advanced solutions they've always been professional and very friendly at the same time. They don't treat you like it's just another 9 to 5 job their at. No, They invest the time to form relationships which gives the confidents and security to know that everything they're managing is running smoothly with ease. I can say with confidence that I've been dealing with them for the last 10 years and what I've seen for my self and what I've heard from others is that Advanced solution property Management can do it just as good as the best if not better. Well It's no surprise to me how they do it because you can see that they have excellent devoted hard-working savvy experienced employees in all their departments that makes a great team. So in closing, what advice I can give to everybody that owns propertys, I'm sure you understand an know how difficult and stressful it can be to keep everything well organize, maintained up to par and to have the knowledge to see what's important, what's not, what priority is first to the last and manage to the T, So everything run's smoothly. It takes a lot of dedication and painful hard work it take's to make the most profit without shorting yourself to have problems later down the road, but to keep it all balanced to maintain a smooth system. I would strongly recommend anyone with property that needs to be managed, to give a call to the team over at advance solutions and see what the professionals can do for you. This company doesn't seem to be too personable. It makes the rental search just that much harder!

They just took the the application fee and then no follow up. Not even email responses. Be careful!

Amazing management company-
Kevin is the main rep from what I understand, and he’s super cool, understanding, if I call and need the garbage disposal looked at, there’s usually someone at my door by the end of the day.

All these reviews must be "fake" Bcause my experience was horrible if you have a problem with anything you rent from them the front desk lady will make excuses that someone is busy, they cannot be busy every time you call.if you have something important about maintenance yeah good luck they probably will get back to you 3 to 6 months. EVERY TIME. We were without heat in the middle of winter for 4plus months. When you move out they will find anything is damaged. We spent hours cleaning and preparing to move out. Way more than they did for us to move in and we didn't even get all our deposit back, so document everything. So I would never recommend them or rent from them again. Also, we were waiting and waiting for our deposit to be returned and it never came, so I called and they stated they sent it to the address we just moved out of. So we had to wait even longer with out even an apology. This place is a joke.

Not too many listings on the website I think only four were on there when I looked and everything is really expensive right now everywhere in this area. The lady working the office was very nice and understanding though.

Never had any problems with them while I was renting and always came to fix what was needed in a timely matter most the time.
