This is the most inept Doctors office I have ever been to. I highly urge you to go elsewhere for medical care. I recently asked for a refill on an antibiotic until I could see a dermatologist next week and it is the only thing that is helping keep the infection under control. They declined to refill the antibiotic. (Even though they have done so in the past.) They have no policies that are consistent and they don't want to help you.
Secondly, When I arrived I asked the receptionist if they could do a culture test, they said yes but then later said they couldn't.
They are not competent and breached patient confidentiality. When I arrived home, I realized they had given me a copy of another patient's medical records along with my prescription. I contacted that patient to let her know that they gave me her confidential information and she was so upset that they were so negligent! She is planning on suing them for breaching patient confidentiality.
The manager Avalon was extremely rude and Dr. Miguel doesn't really care about his patients. Doesn't do tests he just guessed what you might have. Completely unacceptable.

Insurance covers the test. But these guys doesn’t want to file insurance and they don’t provide documentation for me to file insurance for covid test.

Solv was totally useless. A confirmed appointment was for 10 am and I had to wait for an hour and forty minutes before being tested for covid. None of my information went to the urgent care facility.

The staff here is stellar. Super nice, offers water, and just generally very friendly. I've never experienced an unreasonably long wait time here.

Excellent little clinic with super nice staff and lovely doctors. Their app is useless - just show up. (I followed the app instructions to the letter, waited over an hour for my appointment, only to find they had no idea that I had even checked in and was waiting. When I complained the staff basically said "Yeah.things keep changing. ". Otherwise, I've always been happy with my care there.

This would probably the first urgent care with an awesome wait time! They get their patients in and out. I also love how clean the place is, that is always a huge plus. I will definitely recommend and revisit if necessary. All the staff had great customer service. 5 stars hands down!

They had a good attitude and took care of me promptly being patient with the questions I had because I had not been in a clinic like this one before so I was confused on why I was waiting. But after a little bit they took care of me and I was on my out without much time having passed by.

I chose this clinic as it is located closest to my work and I was injured on the job. I was surprised on the number of staff members there were at the front desk. I had pretty severe trauma to my right wrist and I'm right hand dominate. The front desk receptionist gave me about 20 forms to fill with my left hand while I was nearly in tears and trembling from pain.

I requested pain medication like a Tylenol so I can calm my body's reaction so I can try to write more easily. The receptionist denied giving any pain relief or ice and insisted that I take a seat. I explained I can't write seated as I'm trying to figure out how to write with my left hand. After approx. 20+ minutes struggling in pain to fill the basic forms the receptionist finally gives me ice when I start to emotionally breakdown from the frustration and pain.

After waiting for another approx. 15 minutes I'm seen by a Physician's Assistant. She doesn't follow the radiology report from my x-ray precisely to describe my injury so I leave very confused regarding facts. She recommended to return to limited work duties in my restaurant with a potentially bone fragment chip.

Two days after my initial visit I was sleepless from the extreme swelling and pain in my right wrist. I see a doctor this time. He prescribes a pain medication but states the damage in my wrist is nothing to worry about even though the swelling is so severe. I also can't move my fingers without sharp pain and he insist just to take the pain medication.

On my third visit five days later, I'm in fear of the care providers not sincerely caring about accurate information or diagnostics of my injury. Finally this RN explains to me that the clinic would refer me out to an Orthopedic Specialist if they could but Worker's Compensation doesn't allow them to. I really appreciated her care and honesty with describing the actual reports of my condition. My work report I submit to my employer was perfect until this visit. The company name was written incorrectly. The form just wasn't filled out all the way. I called to request corrections and the front desk placed me on a 8 minute hold waiting for the office manager who was very aggressive over the phone. She promised the corrected form via email which I never received.

12 days later, I'm finally going to be given my orthopedic referral but the doctor was very curt to me. The x-ray technician who discharged me was curt as well and wrapped my wrist so tight it became discolored within 15 minutes after leaving the clinic. Lastly the work report was barely filled out for critical basic information such as the company name & dates. The wrong categories were filled regarding symptoms and it stated that I returned to work which I clearly told the doctor no I have not been able to. It seems that my request for accurate documentation and communication from this clinic to the office manager instigated an even more negligent response.

To sum it all up this clinic is probably great for basic elementary care such as a cold or some minor aches but they're not used to work injuries. The lack of treatment and communication is surprising. I wouldn't have chosen this clinic have I known this is the attitude I'd have to tolerate in addition to enduring the pain from my injury.

This is the only place I will take my children when they have to be checked. I know I will not be waiting for a long time. One time I timed it from the moment I walked in. I was happy that the doctor checked us and we were out in less than an hour. They followed up with me the next day to check on my kids.

I have been in the Los Angeles/Pasadena area for work for a couple months now and need to be seen by a doctor. Looked up Urgent Care facilities and found Advanced Urgent Care. The staff is very nice, responsive and knowledgeable. The NP was very helpful and thorough. She listened to all of my information and suggested running some tests. I would recommend Advanced Urgent Care of Pasadena to everyone. Great facility, clean rooms and waiting area, and new equipment.

Doctor's are great, saw my girlfriend within 10 minutes. And was done at 1: 38 (got a text) All she needed was a shot and it's 2: 24 literally 40+ mins passed and she's still not done? Are the nurses really getting paid to lag that much? Doctor's should really check on that, it's ridiculous that someone has to wait that long for a shot and perscription. Overall time: 2hrs and 15 mins. Oh and good to see 2 patients that came after her was able to get out before her.

Professional staff that took me right away. It was a quick painless process. I expected to spend several hours at Urgent Care and was done in about an hour.

Love this urgent care! The wait time is short compared to any other urgent care or ER. The Dr.and staff are very professional. Their charges are reasonable - they keep you informed every step of the way so there are no surprises at the end of the visit. I would highly recommend it to anyone who needs "urgent" medical care. And thank you for taking care of me!

Straightforward service, that doesn't waste your time by giving you what you don't need. I had an ingrown toenail removed here by Dr. Phillips, and it was the best experience in an Urgent Care I've had to date with such an operation, and I've been to multiple similar clinics throughout the years of dealing with it. Highly recommend this place.

I went to AUC for a migraine. While looking through my meds. Nurse Tiffany discovered that something wasn't right with one of my prescriptions and that it could be causing me extreme side effects. She was right! After consulting with my doctor I went off of the medication immediately and months of stomach upset, nausea and diarreah stopped. Because Nurse Tiffany was on top of it I feel like she saved my life! Thank you! I'm so much better!

I’ve had a great experience every time I visit. The staff is incredibly professional and friendly. I highly recommend Advanced Urgent Care Pasadena as an option when you are not able to see your regular Doctor. They are open 7 Days a week which is extremely convenient especially for those who have a busy schedule.
