Dr. Bunnel and staff were absolutely fantastic. I was a basket case when I arrived, but everyone was so professional, caring and efficient I relaxed and let them handle everything. It was a scary situation that could have ended badly. Dr. Bunnel was very patient and took plenty of time explaining what needed to be done. All turned out well.

I had never been to Advanced Veterinary Specialist but I was pleasantly surprised because everyone was so nice I didn’t have to wait before they took my Reggie in to the doctor and the doctor was extremely comforting when discussing the diagnoses and explaining the prescription and care of my furbaby, I would definitely refer anyone with an emergency to take their furbaby for treatment there.

I have had nothing but great experiences at this office. Dr. Budreckis is very compassionate and caring and really put my nerves at ease. She also takes the time to explain things well.

The staff members at Advanced Veterinary Specialists are absolutely wonderful! Everyone there has had top training, are very professional, and truly care about each of their patients. Pet owners can relax when their baby and best friend are in their care. We were met in the dark with big welcomes and open arms. Our sincere thanks to

The staff and Dr.were amazing. So grateful that they were able to get us in when others were not. The care my pet received was top notch. I highly recommend them.

I had to take my dog in for getting into some supplements and the team at AVS were amazing! They were super busy but managed to squeeze me in right away, which was reassuring since it was a time sensitive situation. They spoke to poison control and came up with a treatment plan quickly. The ER tech (Ari) was fantastic! She kept me up-to-date on the situation and was very professional and helpful in calming my anxiety. Communication was very clear and the front desk team were super friendly. It would have been a much more stressful situation if not for the staff answering all of my questions and keeping me in the loop. My dog ended up needing IV fluids and monitoring so they kept him for the day to make sure he didn't have any problems. I'm so grateful to the AVS team!

Extremely poor triage. I am disappointed that the person answering the phone wasn’t more helpful. I was left still wondering what to do for my sick cat. I called another emergency vet and was carefully walked through the next steps and my options.

We took our dog to be euthanized at AVS. This is never an easy process, but the staff - from the person who answered my phone call, to those who helped get our dog from the car to the room, to the doctor who explained and administered the process - were exceptionally compassionate and professional.

After doing some initial prep with our dog, they gave us as much private time in the room with him as we wanted to take. Dr. Siegel came in and administered the fluids and monitored the dog as he passed calmly and peacefully. We then had as much time as we wanted to be with our pet and collect ourselves before heading out.

I am grateful to the staff for all of their support of my family and me. If I'm ever in a situation again where I need to bring a pet for emergency care, I'll definitely be coming to AVS.

If you are looking for a place to take your pet, you found it. Staff and the vet doctors are amazing. I highly recommend it!

We recently had to put our dog down. The Staff, Techs, and Doctor treated he and us with the utmost care and compassion. Such a difficult situation made only better by the dignity and respect you all showed to him, and us.

LOVE! They helped me when my cat swallowed string tonight and they were all so kind and i don’t leave reviews but i’m so thankful for them!

The least empathetic humans and obnoxious secretary on the phone. They are the only office that carries my dog's hydrolyzed Rx diet in this area on a Saturday night and refused to sell me a bag as a one time emergency case even though I have updated RX and vets notes and they have the food behind their counter! Never heard of such a thing. Clearly not in the business of care
