Hi Advanced,

This is Nick, Nesa Mahvi's husband. Nesa is a patient of Dr. Fram and had eye surgery not too long ago for placing lenses in her eyes. Nesa was having a lot of discomfort today and thankfully, the office message provided a number for emergencies where Dr. Samantha Dodda is available on call. Long story short, Nesa's discomfort wasn't improved by evening and Dr. Dodda kindly saw her tonight and resolved her problem. All in all, we are providing a 5 star review here, however, we want to say, if we could, we would provide more than 5 stars. Thank you Dr. Dodda for being available tonight! Very professional, and efficient. Even though busy the feeling is very comfortable and quiet.

The care, instructions and results of a difficult eye surgery with Dr. Fram was wonderful.

I met with the team at Advanced Vision Care to discuss cataract surgery. I felt welcomed and everyone was helpful, professional and efficient. I feel like I got an excellent work up and by the time I got to Dr Fram we could discuss all of the details. I’m seeing a few doctors before I decide but this was my best experience so far.

The staff both medical and administrative are courteous and efficient. It was a pleasure to be seen and treated by Dr. Bedrood. I am happy to have been referred to them by another satisfied patient.

I waited in the exam room for a long time for the doctor to see me. She was terrific and apologized for running late.

I was called in for my exam right at my appointment time.and was greeted with smiling faces, pleasant demeanors, and people who had excellent training. I always felt they knew exactly what to do and how to do it. When Dr Bedrood came to finish the exam, I felt very comfortable and assured that I was in particularly good hands. All in all, a superior experience.

Had cataracts surgeries last October 2021 by Dr. Nicole Fram. It was a wonderful experience at the office and surgical center that smoothly and kindly made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. Dr Fram, as well as the all associates and assistants at Advanced Vision Care, are very pleasant, knowledgeable, dedicated and thorough. After surgeries, I decided to continue at Advanced Vision Care for my ophthalmological exams with Dr. Sato, who shares all the same qualities. I feel confident and well attended by Dr. Sato and staff, who take time to administer eye exams, address concerns, dispense advice, and/or medication needed with detailed easy to understand explanations. Advanced Vision Care is a very well run office, pleasant atmosphere with friendly, professional individuals who care for their patients. I highly recommend Advanced Vision Care.

Staff are fantastic- highly competent and well trained. It's no wonder. Dr. Bedrood is at thel helm. She is a wonder and one of the most knowledgeable and capable doctors I have ever encountered.

From beginning to end staff was personable and knowledgeable. I liked having an optometrist check for glasses and an Opthamolgist for glaucoma and cataracts.
