10I have shopped here at the uniform store, about 5 times total and have the staff very helpful when it comes to questions regarding uniforms and Sam Browne equipment. The prices are industry standard.
The worst customer service. They employ uneducated front desk staff with zero business skills and customer service skills. Overpriced with poor service. They won’t be in business long. Note to the girl answering the phones there: If you don’t like your minimum wage job, go back to school so you can get a better one.
Hours of availability are very inconvenient. I will never get to use your store because your hours are 9am-1pm when most people get off work at 3pm.

Bad customer service. The young lady with the glasses and lime green tipped nails up front was rude. Seemed like she hated being there and being asked questions. Didn't seem very knowledgeable on what I needed. Went to Curtis Blue Line instead and was treated much better and got everything I needed.
The service is poor. Takes too long to get your items back. I plan to tell all 1,000 of my employees not to purchase anything from this place. I ordered my badge in Aug 2020. Still waiting to get it back and it’s 2021
Hand written sign saying at lunch during posted business hours. How are you supposed to plan to go to their store when they can just post a sign and close whenever they want? Loaded up 2 kids and drove from another town just to have their door locked when they are supposed to be open and no one answers the phone.
Very prompt and polite, even with a full shop. Uniforms are done on or before the promised date and on the one occasion they weren't done, I got a phone call to let me know (so i didn't drive there for nothing.) Last time I needed class A pants on a rush and they said 3 days, possibly 2.and they were done next day!
5 star service, 5 star products. I highly recommend this place to anyone in law enforcement
