I'm rating 3 stars due to the nurses knew what they were doing albeit bed side manners lacked a little, but my biggest gripe would honestly be the surprise bills that came after the initial visit. When I was finished with treatment, I asked for an itemized bill to verify all my treatments and such that I would be charged for which was not given to me, I payed the fees upfront as well and was advised there should be no additional charges. Halfway through the year I get a call and letters stating I still owed $188 to the nurse that worked on me. And now over a year later after I paid both those off I'm getting a bill for 200 from the same incident. During this time I had insurance and they had advised they did pay them. I would suggest that if you are going to use this place, make sure it is an emergency, be more strict on receiving an itemized bill before paying and just becareful of surprise bills.

My friend already took her daughter to Valley Children's and they were very dismissive of her. Told her to see your primary care that nothing was wrong with her. Then we went to the primary same thing. They decided it was a certain thing based on symptoms instead of science. Even though she was asked doesn't a lot of conditions have the same symptoms? And she readily agreed. Finally at a desperation she took her to Selma. I agreed to go out there and take a shift sitting. The nurse assigned to her daughter was named TC and the PA was named Dennis and they were completely attentive to her every need and just really nice. They took the time to really talk to her. They figured out what they think is the problem. It certainly more reasonable although in a completely different direction than Valley children or the primary was going. I was so skeptical because it was a Small Town Place. But I'm going to keep this place on my radar. My friend and her daughter are both and surprised at the care they got.

The reception staff, as well as the security guards are great. Very friendly, and helpful. Even when excessively busy with patients. Thank you for your kindness. The medical providers that I saw, were lacking communication and we're a little cold, in my opinion. Maybe they just had bad day (s)

It honestly depends on the doctor there some that actually do their job but this time we had one that she didn’t care and just wanted us to be out the hospital without explaining what wrong with my daughter

Terrible experience, lack of experience in all personnel from receptionist to Dr. They don’t take your health serious. Very disappointed with wrong diagnosis!

I wish I could give this place a negative star. Worst experience of my life! Don’t go there! Nurses are rude! Doctors are lazy… I had to get an X-ray, dr. Didn’t want to order it. I literally had to beg for it but finally got it anyhow and they sent me home instead of giving me the results. Nurse said they would call me, I called the next morning and was told she lied that it’s against policy to disclose any information over the phone. I even spoke to a supervisor and he said he couldn’t do nothing because he didn’t witness it! So guess what? I’m still in pain and don’t even know what’s wrong with me. Currently sitting at another doctors office. My sister was also seen the same night dr told her it was allergies and guess what? It was a really bad infection! Save yourself time And go to a professional E. R.

So I walk in cuz there's sepret offices. I didn't know that.the rep. Didn't even know were the other office was. And it was nex door.
.
So I go into other building.this lady greets me gives me application to fill out
After I turn it in. She assumed I was hurt on job. And confused the hell out of me.saying it was work related.i stoped her and corrected her. For tryna to rush me.
She stop looked down and smerked and said. "O THIS GOING TO BE INTRESTING" WITH ADDITUDE.then I go into room and long story short.
The chiropractor sits me down and tells me I'm not all there due to car accident head injurys. And I need additional x-rays. Because only one was on file.
That I couldn't be seen or touch untill I had these xrays.
He wrote it on his computer. Didn't give me a referral. To any doctors.nothing
I go back in a Hour later. Because. I need docs showing that I went.
The front desk lady. Act like she didn't know what I was talking about.
Then goes the doctor already send them to my attorney.i said I want my own.she pills out a paper from random stack on desk. Goes into doc office comes out with2 pg letter. Hands it to me rudley.
Then I walk out.
(DONT THEY TAKE XRAY PICS AT A CHIROPRACTOR OFFICE️️️️️️️️️️️MY EXPIRRIANCE AT INDUSTRAL HEALTH CARE WAS HORRIBLE.
I WILL NOT BE GOING THERE OR REFERING ANYBODY TO GO

Great staff and service. Checked in to the E. R.at 11: 50PM on a Friday. Was see fairly fast. For those of you the don't have much experience with E. R.s and hospitals. With in a quick 2 hours, I was in a room for a 3 day stay. Staff was very curious and attentive. Have to tell them my medical history and why I was worried about my condition. The whole staff went above and beyond to treat my condition and releasing me quicking. With full instruction on following up with my Doctor, prescription and specialist.

Took a LONG time. Admitting employee was nice, but being bounced from one place to the next was ridiculous. First, fill out this, then sit and wait. Then get called to sit down at this other desk, fill out this form, then go sit down. Then get called again, office girl was having an off day. Then sit in the waiting room again. Then FINALLY get called back. The nurse was in such a hurry I couldn't keep up with her and I didn't know where she went. She hardly even spoke to me. I couldn't see very well, so this baffled me. The doctor didn't even listen to me, made the incorrect orders that were then carried out AFTER I had to go sit BACK in the waiting room AGAIN. Geeze! Then I get called BACK again and I'm given two injections standing up, no privacy, and one in the arm that should NOT have been put in my arm. Bye! Kick you out the door. They're all in a big hurry there without even listening to the patient. But the nurses are all full of advice that they shouldn't be giving. Last resort, people.
