I honestly wish I could give them 10 stars out of 5! Some of the nicest people I have ever come across. Went above and beyond and I appreciate it very much. I’ll definitely be here again to take of whatever I need.

A friend told me about this place, and ever since then, I’ve ONLY been taking my mail here! The staff is AMAZING and so personable and friendly! I never feel rushed ir like I’m a burden or bothering someone else (the way I do at USPS when I’m not 100% prepared). Even today, I brought a bag full of random Christmas gifts I didn’t have a box for and said that I needed one, and they helped me box it up and get it shipped out with the cheapest price possible. They triple taped the box, put plenty of those puffy peanuts inside, and made sure everything was perfect to ship. As long as I live in San Diego, I will always bring Aero Mail my business!

If you need fingerprinting this is the place! The staff were so sweet and kind. This is the first time someone got all my prints on the first try. I was in and out in less than 20mn. Would hands down use them again over any other fingerprinting service I've used.

I had to get some fingerprinting and mailing done for my licensure board and had such a positive experience here! They were the nicest people and so thorough, double-checking that they were getting everything right along the way. I was not expecting to have such a great experience! Would highly recommend for all your mailing/fingerprinting needs!

I use this place regularly to send my post, Amazon returns etc. I dont see it as a business transaction, its like going to a friends place, they are so helpful and friendly. They always remember my name, greet me and ask about my pets etc. I would give them 6/5 stars if I could.

Amazing place to come to for all your mailing needs. Friendly and competent staff. I’d gladly pay a little more to be in and out quickly. I honestly don’t know why people still bother going to the postal office instead of these guys.

It's hard to find a caring, detail-oriented, family business in San Diego, especially one that prioritizes their relationship with the customer. Aero Mail does exactly that - and with an array of helpful, right-priced services to go along with it. I had a fantastic experience with this fantastic company, and I'm willing to bet that you will, too. So will I, if I ever find myself back in San Diego and in need of their friendliness and professionalism. Highly recommend.

Had a LiveScan completed here. Staff were great. Maps had me in the wrong parking lot, walk around to the main road side of the shops to find Aero Mail/Certifix LiveScan

Aero Mail has such nice, hard working friendly people. I enjoy walking in! Not only do they do all they are supposed to do, but they go above and beyond with service, and are always smiling. They are like family.

Great service here-I've used notary and shipping services and they are very efficient and professional. I definitely recommend coming here.

I just love using this post. The staff are always welcoming and they take care of what ever you need mailed out. They are always friendly and willing to make your day better. Love this place and will continue to use their services for as long as they stay in California.

Staff is friendly enough but their prices are extremely high. They also do not abide by the flat rate pricing you get from the post office using flat rate boxes. Will avoid going to this place from now on.

The staff is very friendly and very helpful. They provide and educate you with so many shipping options. They have the ability to ship through DHL, FedEx, UPS, and the Post Office. They also have a Notary available during their business hours which is very convenient. I have a mailbox with them for over 7 years and have always conducted my personal and professional business through them. Their prices are very reasonable, they help you tape your boxes and even offer free recycle boxes. I was just in there buying my holiday stamps, they had soooo many options, more than the Post Office. I'm glad we have Aero Mail because their business positively impacts our community. Go support this local family business!
