Do not work for this agency they are complete lazy and will not pay. You if you don't submit your hours on time after they approve your hours they will still not pay you its been more than a month a still not been paid i filed a complaint with the U. S.labor department. Just don't go to here straight trash.

I Been with this company for about 5 months. All I can say is that they have very poor services and you find everything out when it’s to late. Also if you have a death in the family forget about them carrying. Although they found me a great job. By far the worst agency I’ve experienced.

Just gotta say, Jacqueline Castillo is super amazing and helpful! She found me a job pretty quick and communicated pretty well in the process through either call, text, or email. Definitely recommend to find a job, but especially Jacqueline!

I’ve tried to use aerotek on more than one occasion. On the first occasion they set me up with an interview where I went as would told by the hiring manager that he wanted to hire me for the position and to call aerotek to get things started. After 3 days of aerotek not calling, or returning my calls he told me I didn’t get the job and would look for something else. I can’t get anyone to even return my phone calls anymore. They did however completely destroy my professionally made resume and tell me I should use there version. It had a couple bullet points of job experiences that they made up that I don’t have, and has there company logo. I honestly thought the guy who made it was messing with me.

Difficult to get a hold of anyone, especially when they tried to reach me. They left me a voicemail and email, I replied and left them a voicemail. That’s it. If there’s a job opportunity, I haven’t spoken to anybody here yet. I just hope it’s not another Interview quota to fulfill.

I highly recommend giving them a shot, they are very polite, and are good at explaining things to you, they have a heart for the people and are willing to help.

This place is very unorganized
I was called and told they found my resume
So I went with the flow and continued to go on the interviews
I was offered a position
Was fine from their
Till I had to take a 5 hour bus ride to be told they couldn’t take me because by ID was expired
Then they sent me to do a physical sat there for another 5 hours
Come to find out the place I did my physical lost my stuff had to go back and do it again

From there I was told that I was good should be starting, still nothing

This place is backwards
They should do background checks and physical before they send anyone out for interviews
And to top it off you have to do a background check and physical for every job you are sent to
Everything is just Ridiculous

It's was bad I came to the job agency twice. They one told me to fill out application and then wait for the background check and they will call me and had never heard back. I even try to to call them and ask about it and most of the time they don't answer the phone.

My last name is actually Jose. However I wanted to say I highly recommend this agency. They staff for major companies, the pay is amazing and they offer full benefits. One of the best recruiters I can recommend is Claudia Zelaya she is so awesome and professional she works hard to find you the right position that fits you and pays good. This company is in high demand in this industry so they are very busy so I would highly recommend walking in preferably with a resume if possible but not necessary fill out an application and ask for Claudia. To be fair I don't know the other recruiters that well so I can only speak from my experience. She's awesome. Ask for her if possible. I would recommend after interview to request email and follow up by email because again they are very busy. If you don't hear from them right away don't get discouraged sometimes it takes a few weeks. I would say email once a week.

Worst agency to work for and work with. Rude receptionists. And management is full of hypocrites. I saw first hand favoritism and employees would put in their family members for positions that would become available. Training was worse. When i asked for info they told me it was not available then ehen I would find what I asked for their answer was I forgot we had it. Yea whatever. Glad I no longer work for this conpany. And I recommend no one should.

Kyle was amazing. Told me the truth straight out about the status of the job I got hired for but never started and its been months since then. Answered asap and was completely truthful about the situation. I would suggest to asked for the manager to get answers. Still not hopeful about the job I got hired for especially since my recruiter never kept me inform so whatever trust I had in him is now null. But if the opportunity comes to start the job I'll still take it. Make sure you speak with the manager before giving up. I worked hard and struggled to get into my field and I'm reluctant to quit so easily. Good luck to everyone searching for jobs. And the girls in the front desk are amazing. Always answer and they even try to get some info from the recruiter for you. Went from 1 to 3 stars. I'll keep my review updated if anything changes.

Aerotek provided a protective and business environment. Nick V. (an aerotek associate) helped me find an amazing job that fits my preference and works with my schedule. He was professional, polite, very clear and concise. Aerotek is my trusted go-to company.

They dont care what your calling about and dont help you. Its hard to talk to someone. They been messing up my check since i started. Once you get a job you will never here from them.

Worst agency ever.the girls in the front counter don't do nothing to help you. There customer service is the worst, promise one thing but never complete it. I got paid after waiting a whole month, i had to call coporate office to help me. This office kept saying they mailed it in everytime. One of the front desk girl told me she had it and to stop by. When i got there they changed there story and said they mailed it in. The manager cover up the employees saying there not here today, but then you call the front office and they say the person helping someone at the moment. WORST PLACE TO APPLY FOR A JOB!

They dont pay on time and they do not answer their phones when you're trying to call to see about your check. I've left numerous voicemails and still nothing do not go there

Terrible staffing agency. I had Melissa from Aerotek as my staffing agency employer and is a complete fool. She is very unprofessional. She
did not give a proper explanation to what was going on with my paycheck and consistently makes up lies. Melissa is an embarrassment to the company she works for.

Honestly, this place isn't horrible. What’s bad is their lack of communication. Not only with their potential employees but with the company’s they are getting jobs from. I was told I was gonna be given a certain job and it was completely different than what I was actually doing. If you absolutely need a job and don’t care about what you’re doing, I would say go for it but I only came here because I was in a transition of moving near here. Then when I let them know it’s not what it was they basically told me I had to go back or they wouldn’t work with me anymore. Reminder: they make money off of all recruits so of course they’re gonna make you go back. I would say be careful with this place.

My experience with Areotek has been a very positive one! My recruiter Luis has been helpful and accommodating in finding not only myself but 2 family members employment as well. I haven't had a problem with getting my hours and my pay. I have and will continue to recommend them to all looking for a temp job.

I called in to ask about openings and the receptionist answered quickly transferred me to another woman who quickly transferred me to a voicemail. Called again and the receptionist just let the phone ring. So unprofessional they need to fire the two receptionist ladies all they did was chat and flirt with the guys working there when I was there for my interview in person and I even saw that they chatted over a phone ringing and let it go to voicemail. I would’ve never thought it would happen to me too.
Soo unprofessional! The receptionists represent the company and so far they are making aerotek look like some San Bernardino ghetto staffing agency.

I had high hopes for this people. Horrible communication, inaccurate when it comes to paychecks. I had to talk with 3 different people that all had no idea when it came to payroll. The office itself has rude receptions. Both the recruiters and the on site rep are absolutely impossible to get a hold of. Ive been through different agencies, and this has been the worst experience Ive had. Even BBSI had a better crew and organization then this, and there known to be really horrible. I wouldn't suggest this agency, mainly for the lack of communication and their inaccuracy when it comes to payroll. I rate these guys performance as poor.
