AFC Urgent Care Ladera Ranch

Had a great experience today at AFC. Saina who works at the front desk was so helpful, kind, and quick. She really saved me during a stressful time after I called in a couple times with questions and needing a last minute rushed test. She was so helpful and had everything ready for me when I got there. I am so thankful and will definitely continue coming to AFC.

The most spacious waiting room, incredibly immaculate, sterile, and they have a great air purifier going. My nurse Victor was super kind and personable!

I have been a few times at this location, my husband took my son tonight for his injury because
He broke his finger at home while playing. My husband told me he was very pleased with the service, I also have a great experience in the past with location. I’m so happy to have this urgent care close to my home at Ladera ranch. Thank you so much to for your services, doctors, nurses and front desk for their service.

Nicolette at the front desk is super helpful and friendly w a great attitude always taking time to answer your questions throughly. Definitely a hard worker and a great hire. Will be coming back! Jeff

My family and I have been here several times in the past couple of years, much more so recently with covid testing requirements in place. The staff are very kind, knowledgeable and helpful. They work hard to get you in and out in a timely manner, I highly recommend these professionals.

Took my son in for an earache. It was easy to make an appt, the check in process was fast, the clinic is clean and the staff were so nice and helpful. Andre, the MA, was great and patient with my son who did not feel well. Richard, the PA was excellent! He is so good with kids, I was very impressed. So happy we have an AFC in our community. I will be back and I highly recommend this clinic.

Very good service. I had my COVID test result before I traveled to Europe and it went smoothly. Everyone was helpful and friendly. However they didn’t put down the time of the shot so Switzerland didn’t allow me to enter. I frantically called them to resend my result with a time stamp on it and they did it right away so I was able to enter the country. They even called to make sure I got it. Usually Urgent Care’s response is very slow. Thanks for making everything go as planned. Highly recommend this place.

I’m not in the habit of leaving reviews but I felt compelled to do so for this Xpress Urgent Care. The owner, Harris, went above and beyond to help accommodate my family and squeeze us into an already impacted schedule. His staff provided us with amazing service, especially Nicolette, who took great care in meeting our needs and getting our test results back in a timely manner. I highly recommend this urgent care and would give them 10 stars if i could!

Excellent service. They were able to accomodate us even though their schedule was full. They even worked late to get us our results. Highly recommend this place!
