Brought my 2016 Subaru WRX in for a buff and polish prior to selling it. Tim made me comfortable in the waiting room with a coffee machine and TV, since I couldn’t drop it off. He frequently called me into the garage to explain what he was doing and I appreciated the extra detailed information on how to care for the paint (which I’ll use for my next car). It looked so good when he finished that now I don’t want to sell it! Thx!

It’s been about a month since I got my 5 year old Kia Forte, which I drive hard, detailed inside and out. Wanted to see how it held up. Oh…my…gosh. These people and this place are amazing! My car, every inch of it, still looks like new. Every nook and cranny literally like new including trunk, cubbies, carpets, door jambs, seats, whole interior and exterior. I paid a little more for a more long-lasting wax and it is awesome, especially shiny just like new. They were sooo nice and so informative re: options, but zero pressure, and worked around my wacky schedule…. Fast and very affordable. I am still amazed and sooo appreciative. I want this business to thrive so I want everyone to know.

Can’t recommend Affordable Auto Detain enough! Over the weekend they help me with an unexpected and difficult situation. First they came in on their day off to detail a car I had just purchased that I was having an issue with a strong detergent smell. Within less than a minute he had diagnosis the issue as the car having a prior rodent issue that was being covered up and he agreed to try and clean it. After a few hours he called with bad news, the way he explained it was that this car was a hazmat situation and after further investigation he found 3 dead rats and a nest in the back seat cushion and more evidence of rodent damage under the carpets. He explained to me he felt that the car was a health hazard to drive and uncleanable in its current condition. I told him I was taking it back to the dealership and he offered to be on call to speak to them if needed. He also didn’t charge any extra for the extra trouble I had brought him and even refused when I tried to offer to pay more. I have never been someone to get a car professionally detailed but I will be a customer for life at this business and will recommending them to everyone I know, their integrity and empathy for my situation it’s something you don’t see allot anymore.

Had complete inside & out detailing gift certificate to use, on appointment date found out that steam cleaning (or just cleaning) of all leather is done but not conditioning of leather. In my experience when leather is cleaned it should ALWAYS be conditioned! But it wasn't part of the complete detail package. Was given ride to my job by owner, BUT was never introduced to him by Tim. I had to introduce myself. Ask that they clean good under front seats, (just purchased car) there was half chewed candy found everywhere, it was still there under seat after the job was done! I could go on but this has taken alot for me to write this. Overall I was not happy with the whole experience. I have been a professional housekeeper locally for over 35 years, I think I wasn't asking for too much. Gave them my Email for follow ups, etc never have gotten one thing from them. I wouldn't go back and not recommend them. Also they ask for good reviews from customers so they can get FREE car wash.

If you want a wonderful place with good honest people and a great price, come here. My Subaru came out great (had dog hair and the seats, ceiling, and floors were all pretty dirty). Even drove me somewhere else and picked me up when it was done. Can’t ask for better service!

I was so pleased with my entire experience at Affordable Auto Detail. I brought my husband's truck in to have it detailed as a surprise.
