Affordable Cremation & Funeral Service - Roseville

My family suffered a recent tragedy losing a beloved step-father, (step-grandfather, step-great-grandfather & step great-great-granfather). Chrissy with Afforfable Cremations & Funeral Services was so caring and helpful in handling the transportation & cremation process. She was also so helpful with phone calls and texts whenever I had a question. I would highly recommend them to anyone who have lost a loved one and are looking for someone to take care of your cremation and/or funeral needs.

This was a very difficult time for me. My heart was broken and I was shattered but Judy and her team were amazing and helped me through the process, keeping me informed at each step. Judy was thoughtful, kind and compassionate and I knew I could trust her to take good care of my husband. They treated him with respect and returned him home to me quickly, which brought me great comfort. There are no words that could express my gratitude for all that they did for me during the worst time of my life.

I had no clue what to do when my mom passed away. Affordable was helpful with the paperwork. One of the setbacks was that it took 5 weeks to get the death certificate. After I picked up the ashes i asked when to expect the death certificate they told me it could be uo to 5 weeks and if I needed sooner i could go to Auburn records and pay to get one there. I paid for them to get those if they would have told me upfront it would have taken that long i would of not paid them for the death certificates and gone to Auburn public records to pick them up my self. I think If I was asked how they could improve I would say that they should tell people upfront that it takes time to have your loved one cremated. It takes about 3 weeks to get cremated and up to 5 weeks to get death certificate. I had no idea that it could take that long. I think if they could walk you through the process of what to expect when your loved one passes away for example how long it takes before your love one is cremated. How long until you get the ashes. I just thought they would be more upfront about everything at first so I would not have to guess and ask questions that I had no clue of asking.
Affordable was very understanding and very caring and nice. I would use them again if needed an I would recommend them to my friends.

Judy was caring and sensitive to my loss. A friend had used them for her step moms cremation and recommended them.

My daughter and I met with Julie at our initial meeting. Julie was very kind and gentle and made us feel very comfortable. Julie kept me up to date on things I needed to do and take care of, she was great from beginning to end. I will recommend Affordable Cremation to others in the future who may need your services and offerings.

My husband died on August 2,2023. It is now September 9,2023 and I have still not received my husband's ashes. I don't think this is right.

Judy Reynolds was very compassionate from our first conversation on the phone until the we picked up our friends ashes on our final visit. We would highly recommend their services.
