For 2 days, 2 different appointment waited for Tom to come out and give us a quote for our fence, and he doesn't bother to come onto our property, tries calling, but we are outside at the time waiting, so they don't bother coming since we didn't answer our phone even though we have an appt. When I connect with Tom he told me to find someone else to quote the job when i questioned why they didnt come into the property when we had a set appt. Rude, unprofessional, I waited for almost 2 weeks for that appt. BE AWARE.
