Affordable Urgent Care

Took my mother & big sis here for blood & urine test.
I've been here before during the pandemic. I was without insurance back then. I was impressed with the service. Therefore, I'm taking my family members here.

This place is well maintained, clean and the staffs were friendly & professional!

Prices for complete blood & urine tests were reasonable.
Recommended for those in need of medical treatment!

Such nice staff, everyone was super polite, we were in and out of there super fast, took great care of us. Drew the NP was amazing.

Terrible NP. When we went in for stomach issues and extreme pain, the NP focused on the problem of losing weight due to all the stomach issues and claimed it was due to having an eating disorder. They lower the confidence of young girls! After going somewhere else, it turns out it is was a high-risk ulcer in the stomach that could have led to internal bleeding if not treated properly.

I love this place so much! They really are quick and respectful. Everyone is super nice. I did notice that there’s people giving bad reviews but like every other place there’s always people who hate without a proper reason I took my child in today and she was seen for fevers and cough. She was given stickers and candy. Everyone here is super caring mainly with my child the nurse was super sweet she took her time and the medical assistants are all cheerful they are all wearing mask and always encourage our safety by also giving us adult and they have cute small mask for children! I love this place! Shout out to Julie Mirella and Adrian! Love them all! Thank you guys:)

I would like to say that the staff here are the best and the Nurse Practitioners are truly the best mainly with myself and my children! The lady who commented about the staff being unprofessional and the Nurse being unknowing of her diagnosis is truly a very disgusting person, in fact it’s sad because the receptionist kept trying to help her and she would ignore them, I’m sorry but this place is the best. I was present at the time of the incident it was busy, but the receptionist Mirella was super helpful mainly with my insurance and the helper was moving around trying to help out the patients. The Nurse Maribelle Abregas is very kind and takes her time to talk about the issue she addressed all my concerns and problems. I love this place and I will be coming back! My children love this place too! Everyone here is very kind helpful and respectful. 10/10 shout out to all the Nurse Practitioners and staff they are the best!

HORRIBLE! Parents, if you care about your kids, DO NOT bring them here.

I first came here in April 2023 and saw Julie Swanagan NP. She was wonderful! She treated myself & my 3yo daughter with dignity and respect. The staff were also kind and well trained.

I came here again in January 2024 expecting high hopes but the office had made changes for the worse.
1. The receptionists, NP, and auxiliary nursing staff were standing around in the front gossiping instead of helping us.
2. When we got in, the medical assistant, was unkind, unprofessional, and inexperienced. MY DAUGHTER HAS A EAR INFECTION AND SHE TRIED TO CHECK A TYMPANIC TEMPERATURE. This means she tried to check my daughters temperature in the same ear I told them was hurting her because I suspected she had an ear infection. Not only is sticking a device in a hurting child’s ear CRUEL, but it is UNSAFE and UNSANITARY for other children. They DID NOT offer her any pain medication by the way.
3. The nurse practitioner, MARIBELLE ABERGAS, needs more training. She said, “tympanic (ear) temperatures are more accurate in children. ” I am a Board Certified Nurse Practitioner myself, and I KNOW what she said was false. There is no research to support her statement. She tried to gas light and manipulate me to do what she wanted. I told her I was a nurse practitioner and I want a temporal (forehead) temperature checked instead. That’s when she listened to me!
4. There’s so many other negative points about this office I can say. The Medical assistant was rushing. She didn’t talk to my daughter or smile at her. Her bedside manner was poor & she does not know how to follow directions. I gave her the name of the pharmacy we go to 4 times, I even gave the pharmacy name and address to the Nurse Practitioner, they still SENT THE MEDICATION TO THE INCORRECT PHARMACY. This place is a complete DISGRACE! It’s obvious they do not care about patients, and they are only there to make money. They have no sense of care, empathy, or compassion.

PLEASE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. If you look, all of the positive reviews are from months ago. Just a week before I wrote this review, someone complained about the staff hanging up the phone on him/her. The negative reviews are about to start coming because of the untrained staff who just do not care about others.

I WANT A FULL REFUND! I WILL BE DISPUTING THE CHARGES WITH MY BANK!

Hello I just want to say thank you guys for helping me and providing answers to my questions about insurance! It was truly informative to know what insurance is fully covered and what isn’t I’ll be changing my group soon! I appreciate so much the help I’ll be coming back here when I have and future issues! There’s very reasonable prices mainly when urgent cares are very expensive but this place has great pricing and reasonable compared to other places in the area. Thank you so much for the efficiency, respect, care, and answering all my questions and concerns.:)

I was seen here about a month ago and had fantastic service. Had a fever that wouldn't break easy for a week, after like a stomach bug for a couple days, and Maribel (the nurse practitioner) went through my symptoms and recommended the ER right away. Thank God she did because it turned out I had a kidney infection and almost died. 3 days of hospital grade antibiotics and 8 liters of IV fluid later I was home and feeling great. Never would have caught it if they messed up their assessment and just gave me an oral antibiotic instead of sending me to the ER. Thanks a lot!

Immediately upon walking in the door and checking in at the counter, we were greeted by Rosa. She was super helpful answering any questions related to our insurance. We had a short wait and Jessica took us back. Jessica was amazing! So kind and warm. My kids and I both felt comfortable and taken care of. The doctor came in shortly after and was able to help us in a quick manner but efficiently. We would definitely recommend this urgent care to any friends or family. After many bad experiences at these type of facilities, we are thankful to find a great one!

All staff, including the nurse practitioner, are unprofessional and need training. They do not listen to your concerns. You will be ignored.

I called 12/26/23 at 9am. Front desk staff was very rude and hung up on me when I needed assistance with a medical emergency over the phone. I called back and she refused to give me her name, or transfer the call to a superior. Extremely unprofessional, considering I was treated there a few days prior, and attempting to follow up regarding a very serious health issue. Furthermore, there are no doctors at this location, only nurses.

Usually, the idea of going to Urgent Care makes me even more sick. However, this urgent care gave me an incredible experience. The staff actually cared and were extremely helpful, attentive and kind. The only urgent care I will go to. Shoutout to Vincent, Julie and the entire staff!

The staff was so nice and super helpful! I was in and out of the office very quickly and they addressed all my concerns. I would recommend!

Maribelle is an incredible nurse practitioner! She’s very thorough, knowledgeable, and personable. I highly recommend her because she took good care of my husband. She’s at the clinic Mondays, Thursdays, and Fridays.

This place is awesome! Very friendly and professional environment.
I needed blood work for a up coming surgery and they made sure I got everything I needed.
I definitely recommend this urgent care.
