I have to admit, I was a little hesitant to place an order without being familiar with this company, but when I found the exact lamp I had my eye on for awhile, at a significantly lower price than literally anywhere else out there, I decided to move forward with an order. I immediately received an order confirmation email, with a link to track the order. My order shipped out soo quickly and arrived the day after it was shipped! The packaging was perfect and secure, the lamp is absolutely gorgeous, and adds so much warmth and light to my living room. It's even more beautiful than in the pictures. I did my homework on this lamp and ended up getting it at an amazing price with zero issues whatsoever. I would definitely make a purchase from here again. Thank you!

I was buying lamps for my entire new-build house and sent out requests for quotes to 15 sellers. Mark (ext 103) from affordable lamps came back the lowest, and his service was extremely responsive and professional throughout the entire journey - this is the place!

They advertised one price for their fandelier, I bought it, then I received an email saying that the said price was wrong and that I could purchase the fandelier for an additional 550$. I felt like affordable lamps scammed me with a bait and switch.

Working with Mark, the owner, was a great experience. If I had any questions from the time I ordered my light fixture until it was delivered, he would get back to me right away - excellent communication! Also, I received a great price for the fixture, much lower than anywhere else I looked. Would not hesitate buying from his shop again - highly recommend!

Run away! As mentioned in other reviews, customer communication is terrible. Won't go into the details of my purchase here. Chat feature is nonfunctional. Phones may or may not be answered, sometimes going to VM (unreturned) and sometimes just ringing incessantly. Emails were usually returned, but not for 3-5 days and sometimes not at all. I finally had to just bypass Affordable Lamps and go directly to the supplier (Robert Abbey) who were not much better. After several back and forth FedEx returns for wrong product, received correct lamp 7 weeks after purchase date. Merchant became suddenly responsive only after I told them I was contesting purchase via VISA (luckily I had not paid the CC bill at that time). Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere. The few bucks you may save here are definitely not worth the hassle.

Affordable Lamps really knows what outstanding Customer Service is, and more importantly, that is what you'll receive when you do business with this company. I ordered a porch light from them which was back ordered, but I was kept informed promptly regarding the order status. The light came today, just like I was told. Definitely a refreshing online shopping experience!
