The turnaround time on updating my website by Bryan Brown was awesome! This is really the first change that I have made since the website launched and was unsure of how quickly updates could be made. Bryan was a star. Thank you.

I appreciate my rep's responsiveness and cooperation. There was one piece of instruction missed, which was to add some verbiage below the logo, so sometimes some parts of instructions are left. It worked out that I decided to be okay leaving the added verbiage out. So it worked out at the end. I appreciate the work and the responsive communication-which is super important to me.

Marie Z is easily my favorite Digital Strategist I've had the opportunity to work with. She keeps communication with me very clear and brief, no additional information that wasn't needed. She has a vast knowledge, every time I asked a question she not only would answer the question, but she would already have a solution; if she didn't know an answer, she would let me know that she'll update me with an answer. Marie also made sure to constantly ask if the website is meeting my standards.to which I must say exceeded my expectations.

I wouldn't feel right if I left Ace H out of the review. He's quite the stellar sales rep, he was incredibly descriptive; I could see everything he described. I relayed his illustrative words onto my boss, which instantly won my boss over on choosing Agent Image as our continued website designers! He also went beyond my expectations by the two phone calls we had to go through what we wanted in our website, he was also the voice for our team when discussing our wants for a special widget. We're excited for the website to be 100% complete.

Clinton was amazing to work with! Communicating design concepts via email can be very confusing but Clinton made the process very streamlined and made sure to address all of our various changes within a very timely manner.
