Took my Revel Sprinter 4x4 van into Agile for some additions, including their new rear diff air locker from ARB. The whole experience was great in the way you were greeted and welcomed to their wonderful facility. Even got a personalized tour of one of the owners on top of it all. These folks know their stuff and will give you good recommendations on what you need and don't need. This is the place to come if you have a Sprinter van!

Good parts but don't expect good service when ordering online. They're more of a walk-in store than mailorder house.

High quality parts and service. I try to get the most out of my van and I never have to worry about anything they touched. It's been 9 years since my 4x4 conversion and I couldn't be happier.

Agile Off Road has been my go-to for all things adventure van-related. Whether it's upgrading suspension or installing onboard air, their expertise and product range are unparalleled. The customer service team has consistently guided me in the right direction, answering all my questions with ease. Highly recommended for any Revel van owner seeking top-notch products and assistance.

John & Everyone @ Agile off-road are a top notch organization! I had an emergency with my MB Sprinter on the interstate, requiring quick shipment of parts from Santee, Cailf. AO stepped up and got me taken care of and dropped shipped to the East Coast. Thanks again guys!

Ordered the agile rip kit over a month ago, not only haven't received it yet, but I've reached out twice and they said we are waiting on fox shocks, next time was shocks and drop bracket.
Ok, well maybe email customers and let them know it's coming, just not yet.
I feel unimportant to the folks @ Agile.
Anyone else have similar experiences with this place?
Might not be much to them but it's a big deal to me.
-Fast forward-
Same day after sending this review, the owner reached out (I missed a call), I get an email with tracking # to said order.
Thank you Agile for getting this handled!

I installed an Agile RIP kit on my van in 2021. The struts used failed well ahead of their life span. Agile went out of their way to talk through the options and help to get a replacement coming. The Agile Rip kit itself is a total game changer. The company's emphasis on correcting problems related to their products is outstanding. Thank you for the help in getting back on the road!

Agile has become my go-to source for all things Sprinter (Revel). They are so knowledgeable about all facets of these builds that they are now out ahead of the curve and developing new products before people even know they need them. Their mad scientists behind the (welding) curtain are genius and their sales and support staff or experts in recommending and applying the right tools for the job.

Beyond the products - Agile has helped me become just that - more Agile. I’ve been able to go places I’ve only dreamed of and I’ve had experiences I’d have never had without them.

Thanks guys!

Just came back from an extensive upgrade of my 4 years old (first generation) Revel, which included new Method 703 wheels, larger 285/75R17 BFG KO2 tires, AO RIP suspension package, AO big brakes, ARB locker (rear locking differential), VC rocker guards, exhaust and ESPAR relocation, removal of low hanging items (unused battery housings, replacing 2.5” grey water exit with small faucet.), Starlink roof installation, and more. After 800 miles: everything works perfectly. It was a full 5-day job. 4 technicians + shop manager (Nathan) + sales (Kelly) + owner (John) worked until 8: 30 PM on Friday to be done by weekend as promised. All were 100% professional, skilled, dedicated, gracious, and friendly despite the late hours. I highly recommend AO. I have experienced half dozen 4x4 shops over past four years, and AO is hands down the best. They are now 4-5 times bigger than they were in 2019 when I first visited. The showroom-reception-lounge-restroom is new (or recent) and looks great. It showcases many of the products that AO sells. You're lounging in the candy store: dangerous! You can stay overnight in the parking lot and run the washer/dryer while your vehicle is being serviced. And there are two dedicated work spots to set your notebook and use AO's Internet connection.

I’m sure Agile builds high quality stuff. I just wouldn’t use Main Line Overland. My experience with Main Line Overland was very poor. Unfortunately they appear to be an unprofessional company that is not equipped to deal with any problems beyond bolting on parts. I gave them every chance to make good. When I was asked to leave an internet review I contacted Taylor Kronuch, their Customer Service Manager, instead. I asked for her help rather than criticize the company on a public forum. Unfortunately Taylor ignored me. I ordered almost $2,000 of stuff in September of 2022 for a new Winnebago Revel. I worked everything out with Don Cote. I told him that I need it completed by December at the latest.winter is busy and I barely get a day off from January through mid-March. The plan was to bring in the van and drop it to mount all of the upgrades at once. I live in Maine and have to travel to New Hampshire to get this done. Don Cote said everything would be in by late October. Then I never heard from them. I emailed Don to ask what the hold up was. Unfortunately Don Cote had left the company and Main Line's IT department isn't equipped to have the email bounce back. Todd Ireland got back to me on 12/5 saying everything was in and had an opening the next day so I brought it in. On 12/8 he emails me that the van is all set except they had the wrong brackets for a light bar and would have to order the right ones. Todd blamed everything on Don Cote. He, and another Main Line employee, Luke, said they were still recovering from when Don worked there. My expectations may be high but if Todd thinks Don has caused so many problems why wouldn't he double check the order? Another question. Why would a client ever hear about an internal issue? When I asked Todd directly if he would take care of the cost of the mounting of the light bar/brackets. He said he would. When the brackets came in and I asked Todd if I needed to drop it off or wait for it. His Reply (cut and pasted from the email he sent me on 12/13), "I will put you on the books for the 21st. You can surely wait, it may be a couple hours". I came in on 12/21 and wanted over eight hours. I asked what’s the holdup Todd told me that he never would have said a couple of hours, that it is an all-day job. He still charged me for labor after saying he wouldn't. It's bad enough that my day was blown but to have employees, who based on my experience are inept, give me a hard time and charge me when they said they wouldn't is unacceptable.

I explained the issues (also a ski box they had mounted improperly and needed tightened), in an email to Taylor Kronuch January 3rd and copied both principles, Tom and Matt Henwood. Taylor replied "This is not the customer experience we strive for, if there is anything you are interested in adding to your van in the future please reach out to me directly and we will do our best to make this up to you". I told her since Todd told me he wasn't going to charge me for the installation of that light bar I thought it's only right that Main Line cut me a check back for that charge and compensate me for the day they caused me to waste, and, to send someone to me to fix the poorly mounted ski box. I asked her "Please do the right thing and take care of this". I sent her a couple of emails over the next couple of weeks with no reply. She called me on January 13 and told me she would do nothing to help me. She also clarified that she would "make it up to me" if I bought more stuff. The lack of professionalism shown by Taylor and the lack of response from the two principles, Tom and Matt Henwood, speaks volumes. The funny thing is that the Revel gets more attention and more people talk to me about it than anything I've ever owned. This includes antique sports cars, modified BMWs and Audis.a Corvette.a Shelby. I will let everyone I speak to know exactly where not to bring their van or truck for modifications. If Main Line does decide to act in a classy manner and do the right thing I will let you know.

We would like to thank the entire TEAM over at Agile for the professional work and helpful attitude. They installed S&B 47 gallon fuel tank, big fill nozzle and modified the reserve fuel gage. Being able to travel 600 plus miles between fill ups is VANtastic.
Thank you so much!

Ordered the Agile valved Fox 2.0 shocks for my lifted 2021 Ram Promaster 3500 159” ext built out van. My build is pretty heavy and the OEM rear shocks had inadequate compression/rebound dampening which was very evident over speed bumps or through dips. I had only read reviews on Bilstein shocks for the Promaster and sounded like not a big improvement, found nothing on the Fox 2.0s. I had the Fox 2.0 shocks on my 2018 lifted class-C RV and they were a game changer. These shocks from Agile did exactly what I wanted them to, control the bounce. The ride also seems to be smoother. All around a great upgrade to my Promaster. Thanks!

The experience we had at Agile Off-road was exceptional all around. The customer service rep setting up the appointment was kind and knowledgeable. They allowed us to crash the night before our appointment in their lot (we’re full time in the van). Our van was already built and didn’t have a proper mounting location for the compressor we wanted, they found another spot and hooked up a “custom” job. They fixed a few mistakes that I had made previously, didn’t ask or charge. Just did it cause it was the right thing to do. The RIP kit has completely transformed the handling of our very heavy van. Now we can safely get to the destinations we’ve been wanting to.

They added a wiring project I had forgotten to ask about midday without hesitation. Always aiming to please. They stayed a bit after hours to make sure everything was functioning correctly and we knew how to operate the upgrades that had been performed. Also ensuring that we could get back on the road and in our home within the day. The wealth of knowledge and professionalism that all staff have is impressive to say the least. The owner is very hands on and it shows throughout the company.

All this while offering laundry, showers and snacks onsite. Honestly can’t think of a better customer service experience that I’ve had with any other company.

When we need any more upgrades for the van agile is 100% the place I’ll be going.

I just had Agile Off Road do their RIP package on my 2022 Airstream Interstate 19 4x4. I couldn't be more pleased. They're the best!
