Agua Caliente Casino Palm Springs

The only problem I have ever had at this casino is with the security on their bikes riding around the parking lot. They seem to be all up in your business making sure you are not spending too much time in your car. Which I can understand to a degree but they shouldn't be ready to call the police if your in your car for too long they should just ask you to leave.

Classy and great service! The deli has one of the best sandwich list available in the desert! The new 360 sports bar is slick and roomy with wall to wall high definition Screens! Come watch your sports here!

. One time I played $5 and won $350 that was pretty cool was paying for entire staying Pal Springs minivacation weekend.but that's it:) I still recommend the Casino it's very entertaining and always have beautiful decorations no matter the season you go.

They harassed me for being in the bathroom for "4 hours" according to some random person. Then tried to open the stall door while I was using the restroom. Only to be confronted with more than a handful of casino security.

Great pre New Year's party outside of the resort. Resort is non smoking wit plenty of slot machines, tables, sports viewing and drinks.

I enjoyed the brief amount of time I spent at this casino. The staff were friendly and attentive. The interior and exterior were immaculate. The gents was really tidy for a restroom. I plan on returning and will definitely give a more thorough review then, but I'd recomend this place.

I would never go back my phone was stolen on 1/1/22 when I ask for help no one would I'm out almost 13k and a headache. The Palm Springs police was great trying to help me us much they could. I know that on that day there were more than one phone stolen. I was a regular at that location won't go back bad management,

Always seem to have the most fun while visiting Palm Springs. Slots were tight but even they paid. $$$ I left a happy camper

I was here several months ago. It was nice then and nice this trip. The holiday decorations are beautiful. We had breakfast here. It was alittle slow but expected because it was full. The food was very good. I would go back but try to go earlier. We gambled a bit, it was very easy to find my favorite games. Hope to go back with more time.

Very Nice and clean Casino. Very modern and good looking. Convenient free parking linked to the casino. People working here are nice and efficient. It was a great experience!

Fun place and great food at the Steakhouse! I just wish they had more than one Roulette table.just gets a little too crowded and you have to wait in line to play.

Small casino easy to navigate.

I've normally said in my other reviews that I don't think about casino's as a perfered place to go, I actually like this one.

Everything couldn't have been more distasteful if they tried. Firstly, I am a disabled veteran who spent $300.00 gaming, only to be told by the Staff at Spa that a "pipe" fell out of my pocket.funny thing is I DONT SMOKE.not cigarettes. Not pot. Certainly not any other drug or substance known to man. They are using the flimsiest pretext to push the locals from having the same fall-back as they give the tourists. I will be suing them for harassment and corrupt gaming policies which are robbing the community of untold sums of money, and pauperizing the population

Terrible casino. I waon jackpots and although I had a un expired drivers license and a temporary to go with it as well as my bank debit card they would not honor them and pay me the two jackpots totalling 7 thousand dollars. I would not recommend for anybody visiting I would instead drive just a little further and hit pachenga. Much more professional and legit.

I have visited the Casino a couple of times to play slots and watch a comedy act. Great experiences each time. It's my new spot when visiting Palm Springs!

They have gotten rid of their machines I used to go there for. Now it's just a way smaller version than it's competition n worse odds

It was more than nice seeing staff that have been there since I lived only a block away! As always they were nice and friendly!
