Agua Caliente Resort Casino Spa Rancho Mirage

Watched the Superbowl at the 360 bar lounge. Crowd was lively and fun. Screens and sound was great. Service not so good tho. Watch your ticket, you could be paying for something you didn't order!

Only took in the casino. Attractive facility, very clean and kept in like-new condition. Great if all you want to do is play slots. California Indian gaming limits the variety of table games. So if you want to play craps, you need to head to Vegas.

This place is a scam lost over $500 dollars and did win anything and when I was playing I had 3 free spins and it landed on $75 and the screen said call attendant and then kept spinning and land on $45 and that's what they gave me for the next 2 rolls WHAT A SCAM THIS PLACE IS DO NOT COME HERE CHEATING IS THE NAME OF THE REAL GAME HERE!

We attended Sienfeld and the atmosphere, casino is classy and non-smoking. The gift shop reasonably priced which surprised me. All in all a wonderful experience. We booked more shows and are bringing friends.

Lovely smoke free casino! The rooms are nice and somewhat spacious. I got a balcony room and really enjoyed watching the sunset over the mountains. The casino was fun, I don't play tables, just slots. The payback was not always great but that's just how it goes. The size is small compared to some other casinos. The spa was the best part of the experience! If you stay here, you must indulge in a treatment or at least the day pass.

Everyone who works at Aqua are friendly, and helpful. I always have a great experience there no matter why I go, a meal with friends at their great restaurants, a show, to try my luck at the machines, always an awesome experience. I believe casinos are a public service as they offer fun adult entertainment and a nice little weekend getaway. Aqua Caliente definitely holds up to this standard. During the lockdowns Aqua was always there for us, they were open, fun, and safe. If not for casinos, we would have had no way to get out and live a little. Bravo to the casinos and all they have and continue to do for us. Two thumbs up for sure. Highly recommend Aqua Caliente.

My favorite casino, after no jackpot wins in 5 years I hit 2 jackpots at Agua Rancho in the same day.
Never have luck at Cathedral City, but at Rancho Mirage I have a chance.

Very relaxing, clean, and accommodating resort and spa. The customer service is excellent, Jordan was awesome during check-in. I definitely will be back.

First off, This is not a review on the casino or the service. Shout out to the kind people that work hard to provide amazing service and a pleasant experience at Agua Caliente Casino in Rancho Mirage. This is a review on my experience with an interview conducted by 5 associates that go by the names of Timothy Sasser, Raul, Tyler, Ryan, and Vincente. I had just moved to Palm Springs and was looking for work. I applied online and shortly after, I was scheduled for an interview. In the beginning of the interview things seemed to be going very professional, but quickly took a dramatic turn towards the end when they began to insult me on the way that I was dressed. Mind you, I'm young and I had just moved out here with a tight budget and unfortunately did not have the opportunity to get myself a suit, or some button up dress shirt of some sort. Things do happen. So I worked with what I had, hoping that they can focus their attention on my skill set, and work ethic that I can offer. Things did not turn out as I had hoped as 5 grown men seemed to try and size me up, and pick on me for what I wore. Key word, try.lol. It was an experience for sure.and definitely showed me that no matter what age someone is, some people can still lack common sense and communication skills and have a delusional outlook on their ego. I'm not sure if they were just having a bad day, or maybe they just hate their jobs.but luckily I had screen recorded the interview and had posted it on Social Media, to show people what sort of personalities operate at this casino, so they can be aware.it sure got some views. ;) I hope you did your hair nice that day. I won $650! I'm not a big gambler but to my surprise I had alot of fun. I played the slots which they had a good selection. I recommend everyone should go at least once.

No sports book. Food was good, priced well. But it's a major bummer that you can't place sports bets while watching sports in the sports lounge.

We ate at Waterside and the fish and chips were terrible. Fish over cooked. Too much batter. I had to wait quite a while for my Lemon Drop. People directly sitting at the bar were getting their drinks before me, even after them coming in after us. My husband received his beer right away. I was disappointed

Didnt stay long due to tight schedule. Casino is huge. Lots & lots of (seem tight) machines and tables. Hard to get a waiter.

The pool closes at 6 pm because they don't have staff. 1 electric vehicle charger on property, but they are more across the street at the gas station (not leaving my car there)

Very close to our winter home. Always clean and lively. We haven't stayed in the rooms so I can't speak about them, but any service we have requested has been good.

Casino was a joke people were rude and nobody In this place and yes he was in toliet and sipping his win.

This hotel was a great experience! Friendly staff, great service in every store I interacted with. The Sandstone & in-room dining is a must!

Went to Johnny Mathis show. Fantastic performance by ageless classic performer. It was made perfect in every way by the venue staff who do things right. The show room acoustics and lighting were as well done as can be done anywhere. This venue is really great. What is even better is that it is in our back yard. Good job to all.
