They misguided me. Stalled the process. No questions answered. Took the money. Standard procedures not applied. My dog Buddy passed 3 days ago and he should of survived.

This time it was different, the assistant took my cat and after several minutes she just gave it back to me with no explanation. The vet didn't come out to explain to me that there was no concerns. I paid $70 and it felt like the office didn't care for my pet. I was disappointed.

Aguajito Veterinary Hospital is deserving of more than a five star rating! My "Salty Dog" and I have received nothing but professional care and services from the medical and support staff at AVH. AVH is spot on with Salty's health maintenance by sending timely reminders of need treatment/immunizations. For major medical issues, I am given choices of treatments and educated about each choice. Very comforting with a 13 year old dog! AVH is beyond the standard of a caring, efficient, professional pet health resource.

The doctors, techs, and receptionists genuinely love animals. My husband and I are having to budget tighter-like everyone-and the doctor brainstormed about how we might be able to start diagnosing and treating our sweet cat. The explanations from Kelly and Dr. Delgado were so appreciated.

This was the best experience we have had with a vet. Juliette seemed comfortable as we did. Everyone was genuinely nice and caring about the animals. They were up front about everything they did and apprised us of financial help up front instead of waiting till after charging up a ton of money then explaining they have help but it can’t be used for all the previous payments. We will continue to use Aguajito Veterinary for all our pets. They are absolutely wonderful.

I’m disappointed and still can’t believe what happened today!
I had an appointment with the doctor at Aquajito vet hospital with my fur baby. I thought I had made it clear while back that I want to be in the same room with my baby and the doctor. So I could to talk to the doctor one on one with my baby there in the same room.
This is not what happened here today. I walked into the office after a few minutes. A lady came out and she asked me a few questions in the waiting area. Then she started to take my dog and went to the back room. I asked her Where are you going with my dog, because I was very confused on what was going on. She told me she was taking her vitals and then disappeared with my dog.
I just stood there in the office.not knowing what she was doing with my dog behind me.
. After waiting a few minutes then I asked the two ladies in the office why wasn’t I not getting in a room? The receptionist was explaining why and forgot when she schedule an appointment that she didn’t tell me that I wasn’t getting a room. She also told that it would cost thirty more dollars to be in the same room with the doctor. I couldn’t believe it. This is crazy and unfair!
I went outside and waited until the lady came back with my dog.highly upset because no one explained it to me when i first came in.
Do parents of a child have to pay more when they take their child to the doctor’s being in the same room. This is the question? After a couple of minutes the lady came outside with my dog. The bill was over hundred dollars in twenty five minutes and I didn’t even get to see or even talk to the doctor about my baby.
I will be finding a new place to take my baby.

My dog had a large and painful aural hematoma for 1 1/2 weeks and we were not able to get into our regular vet soon enough. I searched up local vet hospitals and found Aguajito Vet Hospital and I am so thankful I did! They were able to see my dog the very next day and did surgery the following day. As opposed to waiting another week to see our regular vet for the same urgent problem. Everyone was super friendly and helpful during such a high stress situation for my dog and I. Dr. Delgado is amazing and was so sweet and helpful every step of the way.

Aguajito went far and beyond to assist me in bringing my dog home to Hawaii. I was given all the information I needed. Estimated cost were provide to to help me prepare for the dog visit. I appreciate the team. I know they treated Bruno with lots of care and love because that’s how I was treated, just through the phone.

The kind and compassionate people at Aguajito veterinary hospital are far above all others. I made the hard decision to put my dog Jennie down and they took me in that day. They were so good to us. I was able to spend time with Jennie and Dr. Delgado was there with me and she took so much time and explained everything. I will never forget all of them. Thank you, Dr. Delgado and all of the kind staff for taking such good care of Jennie.

We recently relocated to the Monterey area and needed a new vet. Aguajito Veterinary Hospital was very friendly and accommodating. They took both of our dogs in for their initial appointment efficiently and on-time. The entire staff was very professional and thorough. If you are looking for a new vet, I would highly recommend Aguajito Veterinary Hospital!

I love the staff all the girls have been amazing with my babies. They’re real with what’s going on with them and give it to me straight up which I love. All while being compassionate and sensitive to my feelings. Thanx girls you rawk

I love it here. I have two cats and they are both receiving care here. The services have been amazing for both my cats. I love how every issue is explained thoroughly so I know exactly what my cats need and what treatments they are receiving. I also love the customer service for myself, its such a smooth and easy process to schedule appointments and speak with anyone depending on my question. Everyone is just so friendly. I also love that they are open on certain Saturdays, my schedule is very impacted during the week, so Saturday appointments have really given me access to actually make and maintain appointments for my babies.

We brought our cat there when nobody else had an opening. The moment we came in we were treated like family. They explained everything to us and even made a recommendation that would cost them money but they believed would be best. We now use them for all our fur family.

The entire process with this clinic has been wonderful! Scheduling an appointment was so easy and I was scheduled for that same week! Handing my dog off to the vet tech was so comforting because she went over everything they would do beforehand (as to receive consent and to avoid any surprise charges, I’m sure!). Then the vet called me to review how my dog’s appointment went and she provided me with a bunch of super detailed and incredibly helpful information. What also stood out is the vet sent me an email with all of this information covering things she mentioned, as to allow me to do my own research and consider some options to help my aging dog. I’m very impressed with the service and even more so with the genuine care and love the entire staff has for what they do. I would definitely recommend this practice to anyone else I meet!
