I have known Mr. Chris Aguilar, Senior Project Manager, for about three years and have been very impressed with his and A. H. Construction’s work ethics and particularly their attention to details. I have seen many before and after photos of both commercial and residential projects the company has completed and frankly the difference was like night and day. I refer all my real estate clients both residential and commercial to the company without reservation.

Business people that are honest and with integrity, what your quoted is what you Pay and on the estimated time. Definitely recommended for tenat improvements. Their work ethics, experience and customer satisfaction can’t be matched!

We used AH Construction for a project for our very first commercial store in Poway called Project Nourish. It’s our first time opening up a business and AH Construction made it the process so smooth for build out. They are licensed, very professional, on time & great with communication.

What I really appreciate about them is that they keep their clients best interest in mind - purposing cost efficient suggestions/plans.
Which makes us feel super at ease that they’re more than just a company that’s trying to profit off of their clients, they truly care and wants what best. They are also very efficient, which is a big deal for us because time is money and that has saved us money being able to get our doors open quickly to our business.

I have been a salon owner for over 10 years. Several of my salons were built from scratch, and others were acquired from previous salon owners. As a business owner and serial entrepreneur, I understand that time=$$$. I have to admit, initially, I had very little faith in Joe and his company based on my experience with contractors. My greatest concern regarding the renovation was that the project would get delayed or extended beyond the scheduled date. In the past, I have had contractors not showing up, materials not being delivered in time, their inability to obtain permits for build-out, not passing inspection.etc.

I met with Joe and had several conversations about what changes I would like to make to the salon. He's a terrific listener— always making sure that my questions get answered and kept me int the loop at all times. I ever had to reach out to my landlord regarding the paperwork they requested for the build-out. Joe took care of everything. This crew showed up ON TIME. They helped me load all of my furniture onto the Uhaul Trucks. They were conscientious, respectful, efficient, and worked hard through the evening. Obtained the city permits, Past inspection first try, they were attentive to details, work was done promptly, salon was clean, and we opened back up for business in 4 days.

Working with Joe and his company has been a pleasant experience. For the first time, I was able to break away during the construction with a peace of mind knowing that my salon was in good hands. I even took a trip to the mountains to ski. That is PRICELESS. I came back to a beautiful floor, and the salon is immaculate. It looks like nothing happened.

Chris is the man! Always reliable, friendly, and positive when I speak to him. His company is well represented, because when Chris is not around, his brother is there to serve as well.it shows that Chris has his heart in the right place, because not only is he wanting his business, but he is also involved in our community locally. I have worked with the owner of this company and have seen a few jobs that they have worked on, I can say that they pay attention to detail and quality. AH is an outstanding company and I loved working with Ah team. I live in LA and was doing an Office building remodel: bathroom remodel, Exterior Paint, a whole interior and exterior improvement in my San Diego. Guy's communication was excellent and he handled everything for me. The workmanship was terrific - the bathroom is stunning. And the crew was very polite, very neat, and very punctual. I highly recommend AH, and would use them again in a heartbeat! Oh and yes the elevator remodel looks amazing.
