Our dishwasher stopped working and needed to be replaced. We went on line to Airport Appliance and found one we liked. Unfortunately it did not fit the opening in our cabinets as we had a european sized dishwasher. So our sales person took it upon himself to find a dishwasher that met our needs and it was just installed today. Airport Appliance is easy to work with and we were not charged anything extra for the two trips to our home to install a dishwasher. The installers were professional and took great care with the installation. Very Happy Customer.

I really had a great experience from beginning to end when I ordered a Cafe fridge. In the world of bigger and wide selection of different products, I got lost and wonder around looking for help. With Airport Home Appliances the shopping felt more personal. After purchase the communication was great, they give you an expected time window but a real time update. Delivery, setup and removal of previous fridge went smooth.

All fast and communication has been ok. Will be testing if dishwasher works and keeps working in the next days

There was a cardboard box left under the refrigerator, the unit was not balanced, the water line was not installed, the 6’ stainless steel tubing was not provided, and the unit was left in the middle of the kitchen. Horrible experience.

We had a really great experience with Airport Appliance. The delivery person was early but waited until we got to the house (we hadn't moved yet) and installed everything perfectly. Everything went smoothly!

My experience was pretty terrible after a good run in the past with good pricing and customer service.to be honest this was not only backordered for a year and a 1/2 but there was high turnover of sales reps running the account and not much communication.there were a lot of issues with updating my contact information and info is going to incorrect phone numbers outdated names and not arriving to me on time.

When it did arrive today after a lot of back-and-forth about the delivery about the delivery information, it arrived with a Dent in the front of it. I was told that I would be getting a 15% off discount from the installer and from the person I spoke to on the phone at airport appliance but the manager Amber was not into approve it so I am still awaiting a call and confirmation that 15% of the price of the original purchase price will be credited back to my account.this was for a Bosch dishwasher that I paid 1600$ for spring of last year and I can't believe how hard it's been to get answers of the statuts. I will say amber was helpful and included free installation for the trouble.

When my refrigerator/freezer broke down, I knew I had to get a new one right away. Airport Home Appliance not only came through with the appliance at a good price, it was delivered the next day!

Ordering online was easy and the rep called to say the washing machine model was not in stock but suggested a similar model that actually had better features! Communication for installation was great and the team had the new washer in and the old washer out in 15 min.

The delivery guys were great. Had a dent in the first refrigerator they brought, they gladly returned it to the warehouse and re-delivered a perfect one within 48 hours. They cheerfully dealt with narrow doorways and a tricky path to our front door. Highly recommend! I'm a customer for life!

Found AHA from a web search. Needed to replace a Washing machine. Had done plenty of research and decided on LG. They had stock and prompt delivery available. I ordered the washer on the phone with one of the sales people who was professional and prompt with answers. The washer was delivered in only a couple of days and installed without any issues. I highly recommend this establishment for durable goods purchases.

Great customer service and pricing. Sale rep (Amber) was very helpful, easy to work with to schedule and get updates on delivery. I would highly recommend calling AHA before ordering appliances to check on specials and for price match to any of the big box stores out there.

Ordered new refrigerator on Friday and got it delivered on Monday. Delivery crew were outstanding. It was challenging for them but they managed to get it installed without any dings or scratches. We live on the side of a hill with kitchen upstairs so appliance delivery is always difficult.
