Excellent flavor combinations.

I have not seen the selection of this many fish selections anywhere in North County. Place is always clean and organized.

The price is reasonable, especially for the taste!
The staff is very attentive. They will mix your rice and salad together or any other combination upon request.
I appreciate that. Always tip for good service!

Horrible fish. Tasted so horribly. Old fish and sour. Some of my salmon had grey spots or even leftover skin. Don’t go here

The young lady at the front was pretty rude, she looked at us super awkward and when I told her my order she eyed me down and would respond super quiet, I had to say “excuse me” twice. Very unprofessional

The staff consistently place all chairs on the tables to 7: 30pm during the week to discourage customers from sitting. The posted closing time is 8pm.

They put away most of the food and get it on request.

Place is okay but not very portion friendly. I got a small scoop of white rice and I asked for just a bit more and they said it would be extra? I wouldn't be asking for a bit more if you gave me the proper portions. They cross contaminate between ingredients which might not be a problem to them or some customers but for food safety, it is a big issue. I am allergic to onions and my edamame had bits of onions in it from most likely falling into the container when they reach over to scoop them up. Do better. I remember when this place first opened up, it was the best poki place around with fresh fish you can taste. I rather go to Poki Poki down the street which isn't much better.

I had the two fish poke bowl and it was delicious. Tuna luau is fantastic because it comes with avocado chunks. You can add a bunch of toppings for free too.

Love this spot for poke, the service is always great, quick, and I feel like the amount of fish you get for the price is a decent rate. The only issue I've had is the Thai tea is usually watered down, but besides that, love this spot!

Tastes great but incredibly small portions. A scoop is about five centimeter sized pieces of fish.

I have been coming here since they opened and when I’m in town, I travel alit for work. This time I was rather disappointed, not by the taste of the food hut instead by the size of the bowl for the money that I paid. In the past I always got a nice size portion, it was so worth my money and my time driving to get their poke bowl. The portion size I felt was like a kid’s portion and the scoop of poke was the smallest I’ve gotten yet! I know we are in a recession but please keep the portion size and charge a little more! Better to pay more for more instead of more for less! Make sense? Will think twice about coming here again. We all have to make a profit but also think about how hard we need to work to help you make that profit! I want my $$$ worth!
