8My dad and I have used their package drop off services for free for the last 8 years. Not a single hiccup. If you have everything packaged up with the label on you’re in and out in 30 seconds. If you don’t have a box or label they can provide them for cheap. Highly recommend
I enjoy this mail center located nearby, however, on my last package drop off, I asked for tracking once I noticed the receipt didn't have it. The associate told me that I needed to request that beforehand. I don't understand why nowadays return tracking isn't standard and why I was not asked if I wanted it. The associate made no effort to give me a tracking number. I'm praying my returns get delivered.smh. I may give them a try again because there's usually a long wait at the Post Office, but I'll def take Fed Ex and UPS directly to their respective stores.
This was my third visit at that store same guy over there, One of the employee very unprofessional disrespectful and rude behavior with customers,
but store Is good in our neighborhood for all mail services.
The people were friendly and fast even got notary services and it was painless will be going back:) Also the music was great
Haven't had much notary or certified mail experience, but if anyone ever needs help with such tasks, this location is definitely the place i would recommend to anyone, Dan the Man was especially helpful, informative and very patient.
Had a certified letter mailed quickly and efficiently.

Shouldn't even give them a star. A counterfeit bill was given as change and questioned by my niece on non-authentic look but cashier assured it was good. Later tried to use that same questioned money and turns out it WAS counterfeit change given to her from AIM Mail Center. Manager said there was nothing to investigate! Someone is passing counterfeit, maybe you should care! NEVER DO BUSINESS HERE
