1Excellence! That is just one of many such words! I had an issue with my ac unit and I don't know enough about HVAC to know in whom I am able to trust. I was referred to Jason and Air Comfort Solutions by my realtor and I say with all honesty that I am so very grateful that I called. I immediately felt at ease and confident when I spoke with Jason on the phone. So much so that even though I have a home warranty that covers ac issues, I opted to pay out of pocket for this service. Richard showed up to fix my ac and he was outstanding! He took time to explain everything as well as double checked the unit before he left. This helped so much to make me feel at ease. Jason was in contact with me before, during, and after the job; it is mid-July and I felt as though what was going on with my unit was the only concern for the day. Jason and Air Comfort Solutions has my trust as well as my loyalty. Truly, I am so grateful for the many levels of care and service that I have received!
