Today was our pre-summer preventative maintenance check. We have been doing this service since installing the system, eight years ago. The technicians are always professional, on-time as do a thorough check and cleaning of the system. Our system has a motor that needs to be replaced due to overheating, although still working. The motor would probably have failed in the heat of summer. The discount applied as an maintenance plan member will help pay for the change.

Mark found water in the heater that had dripped from the pipe on the roof because a cap had come off the pipe. He repaired it so no rain will leak in from the next rain storm that is supposed to arrive early next week.

I love this company. Mark is such a sweetheart, very professional and very good at what he does. I'm always disappointed when someone else comes. Not for any other reason, except it's not Mark. All employees with Air Concepts are well trained, well versed and professional. So glad I selected them in 2016 when I needed a new system installed.

I got quotes from 5 different companies and end up with Air Concept. I had 3 units installed and referred my next door too. Just had my units maintenances today. Mark the technician is knowledgeable and friendly. He came few times before and knows my systems and did a thorough check on all the units.
